the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Super close to the main beach. they can help you to book sunbeds in advance as well if you like,

i don't like carpet in general but heir carpet are all very clean ; so it is ok for me. generally very clean I don't like statues with faces in general; there are a few along the walkway but I guess it is a personal preference issue

Great location right on the water. We got the exact room we wanted and which had a balcony overlooking the beach and the promenade. The air-conditioner was surprisingly great especially for one in Europe.

Like with most French hotels, the room was a bit cramped. Also, the shower had a learning curve to get the correct pressure and temperature.

Good location in the city. Concierge and check-in staff were friendly.

I found a bedbug in my bed but mngmt suggested we carried it into the hotel. Told us when they cleaned the room, no sign of infestation and required all our clothing to be washed. We said NO and left. At home now and our clothes never a problem. Liars.

Loved the location, and we booked the ocean view room the view was fantastic.

We booked 3 nights, the room was clean and perfect when we first walk-in. But they did not clean our room the second day. Then we complained to the front desk, they had the room cleaned on the third day. But shouldn¿t they clean the room every day?

Service and location

The shower was awful. No water pressure or shower curtain so water got all over the floor and toilet. We paid for breakfast. The scrambled eggs are runny so my pregnant wife couldn¿t eat them. It¿s ridiculous to charge 5 euro for an omelette/fried egg.

Incredible location: Classic turn-of-the-century hotel; room had a simple balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the Promenade des Anglais. An amazing free breakfast in its restaurant overlooking the French Rivera. Staff worked hard to get us checked in early.

Their check-in is 3 PM, but my reservation read 2 PM check-in.

It had a functioning mini bar, water boiler and complimentary coffee and tea in the room. We had a side room which still had a small view of the beach. It was also quiet. They even stored our bags until our room was ready.

Amazing hotel, wonderful surprise! Exceptionally friendly reception and service. The marble bathroom looked like out of Hollywood movies, room spacios and bed very comfortable with quality linens, very quiet with beatiful view. Will definetely be back!

The location is excellent

The internet service is terrible. You need to keep logging in every few minutes and enter the password all the times. I think they have it this way intentionally to reduce the amount of Data used. This should be fixed ASAP
