Hôtel de France, un hôtel AMMI

The location and the front office staff were great

The room is too small and there is no functional closet space. The room service were not punctual.

He location was great, that's about it.

The wifi DID NOT WORK. There is NO wifi in this hotel even though it's advertised. The staff was rude and there was no elevator so be prepared for a lot of stairs.

Location, breakfast.

The size of the room.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent location for beach and old town and the tram/metro is a short walk away. Parking not on site but a very short walk away and secure - the hotel provides an access card for a daily fee. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room decor was a little tired but as above clean and comfortable.

Accessible to train station, to Promenade des anglais, nice restaurants around and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Location , staff reception 24/24.Welcome attention. Quite. Clean

Can have better insonorisation

Great location close to train station and beach/promenade. Great value and phenomenal facilities.

Great location, nice and comfortable hotel. Nice and helpful staff.

The staff was super friendly and did everything to make us feel welcome. We asked for thinner blankets and they arranged it right away. The hotel looked very cozy, small but nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. It is only a 4 minute walk to the beach!

The room was a bit small for 3 persons.

Kindness, cleanness, great location

The breakfast was satisfactory, the receptionist was exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

There was a knock sound on our door and they did not clean the room well but the other things got it fixed.

A room completely renovated, decorated with style, very comfortable bed, a lot of space and big desk, very clean, water provided and personalized message to welcome you. The hotel is at walking distance from the train station and promenade des Anglais. A lot of city-bikes in proximity to easily reach the Vieux Nice. Very nice breakfast buffet. I will return!

All was fine

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was small, it was cozy and well maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent: close to La Promenade des Anglais, situated on a quiet street, and with public transportation conveniently nearby. Overall, it offers great value for a comfortable stay.

The pillows could be more comfortable. The sink was clogged, but the issue was quickly fixed after informing the staff.

Lovely staff, excellent facilities, loved the honesty bar! Fabulous breakfast. Really good value for money.

Toilet in room very small with seperate room for sink and shower.

We thought te hotel was perfect. It is close to the center and very close to the beach. The neighborhood is nice with a lot of little shops and good restaurants. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. There is a parking garage very near by (only around 150 meter). And it has a nice terrace, comfortable and cosy breakfastroom/lounge. The decoration is very beautiful in a charming old house. All in all we are really happy with our stay in the hotel. Thank you

Lovely friendly staff, large room, amazing breakfasy
