Was right next to Nice station and was pretty walkable to the main parts or Nice.

Room was constantly warm. Even if we sent ac to 19c the room.never got cooler.

Great value and locale—close to trains, shopping, restaurants. Clean, updated and well decorated rooms and lobby. I really like the overall vibe of the property. Staff were very helpful, breakfast is a good value. I would consider staying here again.

Our double room was a little tight but probably normal by European standards.

The bathroom made weird noises randomly throughout the day and night

Very close to everywhere we needed to go, 2mins walk from train station, staff were nice and accommodating, about 10mins walk to the beach. It also has an African restaurant about 2mins walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our staff

The room was too small.Didn’t match with the photo.Felt like some staffs are not kind enough. ( we felt they are discriminating)

Loved the location of this property. It was walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go to in Nice. The room was pretty good and had everything I needed for a good stay. The staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating.

Nothing really I disliked. it was overall a wonderful stay, pretty pricey but that was everywhere in Nice

At first I was a little shocked at the room because the room appears old as I usually stay in a lot of newer hotels in other parts of France. As I settled in I enjoyed being there. The bed was nice, the towels and bedding are fresh. And the shower ran nicely everything in the bathroom worked properly. And you can’t beat the convenience. I was near everything I needed to get to. It was all worth it in the end.

The lady at the desk could have been a little nicer. I spoke to her a few times and just got a curled lip response in return. I hadn’t done anything to cause that reaction. Eventually, I just started coming in and walking past. Then one day another employee was there with her and she spoke. It threw me off as I choose not to even interact with people who switch up on you depending on what day or time it is. I’m an all or nothing type of person. The housekeeping employee was very kind. She met my needs promptly. And even helped me work on my French.

You could find coffee and cold water any time of the day and people in the kitchen were very friendly and caring.

Good location close to nice gare

No shower curtain, water running everywhere in the bathroom;Room very tiny, u cant turn around, nothing else rather than for a night sleep

The location of the hotel is absolutely great and safe. Just across the street is Nice train station. There is also a tram station not far away to get to the old town, which is very convenient. The hotel also allowed us to check in early.

The room is too small to fit two people's suitcases. The soundproofing is not very good. You can hear footsteps from upstairs. The room is a bit dim. The room price and breakfast are not worth it. The price is high. Compared with Thon Hotel in Lofoten Island, Norway last year, breakfast is served at 7 o'clock. Some things are no longer replenished at 8 o'clock and there are not many varieties. There are only basic common ones, such as croissants, baguettes, ham, cheese, milk, coffee machine, juice, which can really be improved.

Well located for the train station. The room was a little small, but had everything we needed and perfect for a one night stay. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, including a small selection of hot food and the staff were very helpful.

Very very very small even for France. No early check in even a minute. Very old, needs to be remodel

The staff was nice and very accommodating, also the breakfast was good.

The pillows were uncomfortable, and even tho there were extra 2 pillows in the wardrobe, they didn't have pillowcases.

Good Breakfast. Nice Staff. There is hot water boiler and refrigerator in the room.

Bathtub is too small, I slip and fall. Furniture is wobble. Lift is too old and too small.

Had a fridgerator. Adjustable great. Good shower pressure.

A group of louder, young adults on the last night seemed to all be placed on same floor as three in our group of seven.

Does what it says on the tin. Clean rooms, decent breakfast and ideal location. I couldn’t ask for more.
