Novotel Nice Centre Vieux Nice

It had parking and wifi. It was clean. Location was ok.

I reserved a double twin, but I was given one bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was on such a slant that if was not usable. Poor amenities -paper cups for drinks. No cotton swabs, no makeup pads, no washcloths., no cream rinse, no corkscrew.

Location is very good, friendly staff

Separate Bath and toilet rooms

The staff was very friendly and eager to help. Ofcourse what they could.

The pictures showed were absolutly not what we saw on booking. So very deceiving because it did not meet our expectations. We were very disappointed of the room and the location of this hotel. The pool area was mid. So I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

Just ok. Good if you don’t have any other options.

Terrible building. Dirty and old.The shower drain was completely clogged — I couldn’t take a shower. Water was overflowing from the shower and flooding the floor. The pool was dirty and full of kids.Parking is across the street and must be paid for separately. We paid €24 per night. The whole area in the park is surrounded by fences due to construction — the location is awful.

Nice hotel and good location

The pool water was not clean, the low number of chairs was ridiculous for the amount of rooms.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, on the front desk and restaurant. Good breakfast and the food in the restaurant for dinner was actually quite good.

Needs renovation. Especially in the carpets

Spacious room with tea and coffee facilities Swimming pool Staff were lovely

Breakfast

Well located, clean and spacious. It was very relaxed with good facilities.

All good.

Very clean. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Toilet was separate from bathroom, which was good, but no wash hand basin to wash hands, so had to go to main bathroom, not very hygienic.Breakfast is too expensive

very clean, the team is wonderful! The people are polite, professional and think of the small things to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

the breakfast could have more variety

Great location, good bar, friendly staff. 24 hr gym and pool are great facilities. Next to the exhibition centre which we were visiting at the time so perfect location,

Pillows very uncomfortable

The staff was very friendly & polite & service oriented. The location of the hotel is very central, close to metro

The location was great for public transportation, bus and train was right there .

Staff helpness and near to tram station

Old hotel need renovation and far from center

pool

For a double room they gave us one queen bed and a single sofa bed - we had to ask twice for it to be pulled out and another time for bedding Hotel also took money for towels (which were returned)- i am awaiting this back.

Location, staff, size the bedroom and cleanliness!

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, sorry:-/

The bar and restaurant staff were jolly welcoming and very kind. The rooftop swimming pool is fab. The shower and shower gel good. It’s close to the old town. Dog friendly.

On entering and checking in, greeted by the gentleman at front of desk, he wasn’t very approachable and seemed in a bad mood, but gave us the relevant information. The single bed in family room was tiny and not comfortable. The separate toilet was very smelly of old urine and needs an update and flooring replaced to get out the stench.

Rooms were clean. Restaurant and bar area were very nice.

A not overly friendly man at reception on our arrival soured our stay there a bit. Shower over very high bath was not ideal. Location was a 30 minute walk to Old Nice.

Excellent and comfortable stay and we were upgraded to a quiet spacious room. Attentive and friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Although the pool area was lovely, there were not enough loungers for everyone, although some people used the chairs instead.

The location was great and was right next to a tram station for easy access to the centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Overall, this was not worth the money paid. The room was clean but the shower was grimy and the bed was uncomfortable, hard and sloping on one side. The shower was really weak and wasn’t very hot. The pool on the roof sounded great but actually, the water was freezing and dirty with tissues/wipes left in there (not sure how often it gets cleaned)Overall, very disappointed with our stay and I would suggest looking elsewhere for a better price.
