Univers Hotel

Room was a good size. Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Plenty of power outlets.

A/C could have been a bit stronger in the room. It was adequate, but don¿t expect to be cold in summer.

The location

It is located in a centric part of the city, near the train station, stores and the beach. There are a lot of options to eat and shop. It was really easy to get to from the airport and back. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The room was a little small for 3 people, but at the end we just sleep there so wasn’t a big deal.

The location of the hotel was awesome, it’s very central and close to the main attractions including restaurants and shopping - everything was about a 10-15 minutes walk maximum. The beds were also very comfortable and we had a great view of the city from our room.

The rooms were on the smaller side and the hotel didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner but soap was provided. We also had some trouble with our key cards as it kept getting demagnetized but the staff was very quick to rectify the issue.

very cozy hotel in the centre if Nice! perfect for short or business stays in the city centre. The staff is super nice, they really tried their best to accommodate our requests, thank you!

Nothing really, it was great, however for the price we paid I would have expected breakfast to be included.

Great location staff was friendly and helpful

The soap and shampoo were poor quality

The location is perfect, just near Place Massena. The hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel taking into account too small room, plain breakfast and service. However, the hotel is renovated, clean and quite good option for staying for a few nights.

Anyone in a hotel can take the kay and access luggage storage room and there is no control at all who takes what. Someone can freely take your luggage and go out without any check.

Location and clean rooms spacious and cute balcony

Shower leaked and water would come iutb

It was a good hotel with spacious rooms, the staff were friendly, and the location was very nice in the middle of a beautiful and lively area.

The rooms were clean, staff was very sweet and the location was amazing. Everything was close by which is very nice for people who are on a tight budget. The hotel was cozy.

The rooms are too small, you can barely fit in the bathroom without bumping into something. The walls are very very thin. A family next to our room was making noise yelling, screaming and singing till 12 am and we could hear everything clearly which was very very annoying.

The hotel is at a convenient location - close to the Tram, beach, and Old Nice. Easy to walk to everywhere while also being quiet. Some rooms have windows that face the inside, so not much of a view though there is still some natural light. The beds were comfortable and the staff were easy to communicate.

Expensive small room but it was a budget type hotel and location is good

Didn’t get the bed I booked . Language barrier but we tried . Staff , you would expect one word of English . It was a budget hotel but not a budget price

Clean, great location, thoughtful staff, good value

Unusual bathroom layout - it was so tiny I had to close the door if I wanted to stand in front of the sink. The door would only open halfway or it would hit the toilet.

Location is perfect

Old hotel. No minibar. No water at bed side.

The bathroom cubicle was equipped with a faulty door that was incapable of maintaining its closure during showers. Consequently, water would inevitably seep through the gap, resulting in flooding that extended beyond the cubicle leading to a wet floor.

Bathroom cubicle.

Lication is perfect. Everything important is close enough to walk- Old town, promenade and the beach….

Room was very very little

Super well located and convenient! Perfect spot for us to explore Nice. Walls are quite thin but didn’t really affect us much, we slept very well.

Would appreciate if the shower had a few more ammenities (shampoo/conditioner) and the shower spills out into the floor.

Location was excellent. In the middle of everything

Clean and quiet

I like the location.. all stuff was friendly.. reception employees are helpful and friendly especially Malik

But You may hear sounds from guests rooms clearly

Great hotel only slept there ,2 nights clean and comfortable
