Hotel Florence Nice

The rooms were very clean.

It was not as nice as we expected. The woman at check in was clearly not happy with our choice to not upgrade rooms.

Proximity to Train station

The location is superb. Excellent hotel with wonderful breakfast. Staff are polite and professional. Very clean.

Rooms are too small, you can hardly function. We would have liked new teabags every day, as well as small coffee bags.

The property itself is not the greatest but it is made up for by the warmth and enthusiasm of the staff, who are trulySuperb.

Rooms a little tighter than one may wish. But see above: the service makes it all worthwhile.

Very clean hotel. Staff very pleasant, helpful, accommodating. Very well managed. Housekeeping was super. Good breakfast. The location is amazing, right in the city center and close to train, tram, sea. Shopping plaza across the street. Small market next door. Monoprix a short walk away. The shopping plaza has thousands of parking spaces available for a discounted price if you have a rental car.

We had a problem with the water temperature in the shower going from very hot to rather cold to very hot again without even touching the knob.

We had a two level room. It was very spacious and clean. Luca was very gracious and welcoming. It is a short walk to the center of town.Thank you

I liked everything.

Breakfast staff (Marina ) was very polite and willing to help

Small room

The breakfast was one of the best I've come across in a hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, polite and willing to cooperate with everything that you need. They even welcomed us with a charming welcome note, box of candies, and balloons. The location of the hotel is great!

The rooms aren't very soundproof

As a couple it’s our first time in Nice. We spent 3 nights at this Hotel. Room #504Location: Very good 10/10, The hotel is located very close to nearby attractions, old nice, transportation solutions, shopping malls, cafes, etc. There is direct access via tram from airport or 15 min. away by drive.Check-in & out: Easy and smooth 10/10, there is welcome drink, some cookies and free coffee water 7/24 Personnel: Overall very kind and helpful 10/10.Room: Room is large enough, quiet, comfortable and modern. Basic toiletries including slippers are, however, not available. We didn’t need A/C in this season, so no comment. Daily cleaning was timely and excellent. WC/shower area is nice. Good sleep quality, bed, pillow, quilt, and mattress 10/10. Two bottles of water is only available on the first day. Minibar is clean, but empty.Common spaces: 9/10, it’s a tiny boutique-size hotel, so don’t expect too much.Security: 10/10, 7/24 reception is available.Overall hygiene: 10/10Overall: Our experience was 9/10 and we will consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips.

Wi-Fi: 8/10, sometimes we have experienced lost connections issues, but overall, it’s ok.Food: 7/10 good, satisfactory breakfast, but it could be better

Very good location, very good breakfast, nice staff

Very small (superior) room

Room size is really goodExcellent locationAwesome breakfastVery friendly staff

The toilet was facing a wall so you can’t sit properly on it except on the side since there is no space to put your legs infront of you when using the toilet.

The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean.

Very small room

Great staff..good location

Small rooms..air problems..

I love everything , would highly recommend !Stuff is so helpful and friendly. There are home made breakfast, a lot of complimentary beverages. Location of is great and close to everything. You feel so welcome in that property so you won’t even leave!

Property was a great location, super customer, friendly, very clean and bed was comfortable

Rooms are a little small, but otherwise fantastic

Wonderful and hospitable staff! Great location- right off a main avenue but on a quiet street. The hotel is situated in a part town that is walkable to the sights and various neighborhoods of Nice. The bed was comfortable, the windows were sound proof and everything was very clean, in good condition and worked well. I would return!

Did not appear as advertised. Will never stay here again. Avoid.

Room was old, cramped, not very clean, and smelled. Could easily hear other guests' conversations through the walls.
