- The location was central to the Promenade de Anglais which was easy walking distance to all the main attractions in Nice and an easy walk to the train station. Good proximity to nearby restaurants, shops, and parks.

- Room was spacious, quiet, new towels everyday. Coffee maker and also tea. Fridge for cold drinks. Breakfast was perfect. Location was across from Med. and close to eateries
Cons -
- Photos are very deceiving for the water front view in the breakfast area, which isn¿t a restaurant. There is no pool, gym, restaurant, or bar. This hotel only has the bottom 3 floors of the building, the connecting other hotel owns the rest. AC was weak.
