Garden space and great breakfast. Staff were amazing, some only spoke French but were still able to provide excellent service when I spoke English.

The bed was very hard, especially after a few days. The bathroom was much smaller than expected so it felt quite cramped.

The hotel is on a side street, which is super because is silence. It is in middle of distance from the airport to the center. The stuff is absolutely amazing!

The walls were a bit too thin, but fortunately by 10:30 pm all the people were very silence and we have slept very comfortably.

Our hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, they made our stay super nice. The villa is a bit further from the center, close to the sea, but evenings can be well spent staying in the garden as well, as they serve dinner and drinks.

Everything was great.

Lovely room, bright and comfortable. Good breakfast. The kindest and most helpful staff. Good position in a quiet area, close to the beach, to the tram stop from the airport and to the city centre, lots of supermarkets and shops nearby.

I could hear the people's talking from the next door in the room but as they stopped talking in the middle of the night, it didn't bother me much.

The hotel has a lot of charm. Starting with the shaded garden in front where you can wait if you arrive before check in. The room was very clean and mattress very comfortable. Air conditioning was perfect for the unusually hot weather in Nice. The staff was very attentive. Breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is home like and I love the Garden. It’s cosy and clean and accessible to Trams and other transportations. And it’s clean!

Maybe just the door lock but it’s not a big deal.

Fabulous breakfast buffet, tram available close by to get into main part of city, parking spot available for 20 euros/night. Wonderful hosts!

Rooms/bathrooms are small but clean, air conditioned, and with comfortable beds. Our cost/night was ~ 360 euros + city tax/ room was much above normal price. ?Cannes film festival weekend

Good area, close to bus and tram and train stations, making it easy to get arround Nice and surrounding area. Very peaceful Hotel, Lovely courtyard garden to have coffee, breakfast or dinner.Hotel owner manager exceptionally helpful and all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Definately highly recommend this Hotel.

Unwelcoming, inflexible, inconsistent customer service...

Beware of this hotel if you have a late check-in, appreciate flexibility in a hotel, or prefer air conditioning during the hotter months. I urge you to read the other bad reviews so you see the inconsistent service this hotel provides. We had a very unwelcome check-in (we had asked if the later check-in at 10pm was possible), only to be brought to a room that was stuffy and hot with no air-conditioning. The windows were wide open to alleviate the heat (unsuccessfully), but the control for the air-con was not in the room, only a sign stating that they turn it off periodically. It was impossible to sleep with the window open (planes landing every 20 minutes and dogs barking). There was no one to speak to help, and because of the rude welcome we felt uncomfortable and left the next day. Beware of pre-paying in full (too much) for this hotel, they are completely inflexible with any complaint, and you can find much better quality, flexibility and friendlier service closer to the town centre, even quieter too.
