The location and the garden outdoor area was very nice. Staff was very friendly.

Very small room. Old and outdated bathroom. No bellhop or concierge. Didn't really meet the four star rating.

The hotel is in a great location. However, the room we booked on Booking.com was not like the photos it was quite small. We didn’t have a garden view. Compared to the high ratings it has, it didn’t meet our expectations. It’s possible that there are nicer rooms, but this was the last option available on Booking.

I wouldn’t mention anything in particular.

Location is very convenient, staff are extremely nice and helpful. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

The rooms are dull with very minimal lighting

The staff and location were excellent! Ideal place if you wanna be close to the train station and city center. One quirky detail that I initially thought would be inconvenient actually turned out to be a great idea: guests are asked to leave their room keys at the front desk whenever they go out. Since the hotel uses traditional keys, replacing the locks would be costly if one were lost or stolen. By leaving the key behind, we never had to worry about misplacing it while exploring the city, which made things surprisingly easier.

The showers were a bit small.

This is a very nice, clean and very cute boutique hotel! Location was great too! Walking distance to beach and a lot of shops and eateries. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind! Staff really made us feel welcomed!

The lobby was so bad.Lobby was terrible and its Doors were open in the evening and mosquitoes were biting us all the time.The rooms are too small.The hotel is very old.

The room and the garden

I didn’t like the breakfast, the variety was few.

It was so comfortable. Very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The room was a nice size and so was the bathroom. The AC was quiet and worked well. The staff was very nice and it was close to the beach restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel. The beach club was fabulous and a great value as well.

The shower was difficult to manage. Somehow we ended up with a flooded bathroom after every use despite our efforts to close the shower doors

Close to of town Nice within walking... cold AC and had an elevator.

The room was difficult for plug in hair tools and the walls were thin. We had out TV on at a normalLevel and the next room complained and the staff were rude about the complaint when they called our room. There was an unfinished pool with lots of dust around it through our garden view.

Very disappointing

The decoration is very old, the walls are paper thin. We could hear ANYTHING our neighbors would do. No ceiling light in the bedroom made it very dark at night. And we found days old strawberries on the balcony that smelled bad. We left after a day instead of 3.Far from a 4 star hotel.

A great location downtown. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the garden setting was lovely. We had a palm tree just outside our window. The hotel was quiet and very clean. I recommend a garden view.

The room was extremely clean, location was ideal to visit the old town of NICE, a 15 minute walk and the garden view was calm and beautiful. Breakfast times were good served from 6.45am - 10.30am. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The standard double was quite small, so go I would say go for the larger double rooms. they hadn't turned the AC on as yet, so the room could become quite stuffy, though they did provide a fan and you could open the windows. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about, though the did have gluten free product and alternative milk products, which is good for visitors with allergies or intolerances.

Thanks to the Telegraph.com for signalling it. I appreciated the upgrade, loved the garden, enjoyed the breakfasts and took advantage of Nice Matin newspaper. It was also useful having the uneaten croissants from breakfast available in the lobby The best thing was that it was like olden days, ie they trusted us not to pilfer the lovely wooden clothes hangars or steal the hair dryer.

I usually book directly with the hotel unless booking.com offers a lower price, so I presume that was the case.

Amazing hotel! Location was great, 10-15 min walk to beach and city center, in an upscale quiet neighborhood without lots of great restaurants close by. Breakfast in the beautiful garden was a real treat each morning. Room was spacious, clean, well decorated and bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. Highly recommend this hotel!
