Villa Saint Hubert

A hidden gem in Nice!Cosy, comfy, and full of character.A lovely, typical French breakfast is served in the outdoor front yard. It's just a stone's throw from a tram stop with a direct line to the most touristy areas, a a electro city bike Lime parking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The rooms are non-soundproof.But nigth's earplugs help.

Absolutely beautiful! Very charming decor with a cute front patio/garden. Our room had a nice high ceiling and was very clean and cutely decorated. The WiFi connection was strong. Our location couldn’t have been better. Removed from the really bustling parts by the sea, but still three stops from Old Nice by tram. The red line stop was right at the corner which was so convenient. We could walk two blocks to a square that was full of restaurants - all of which are delicious and full of people! Such a great deal. I highly recommend Villa Saint Hubert

Great location close to everything, very clean rooms get cleaned everyday, the host Sofia is an amazing person and very very helpful .

The location is ideal. It is in the walking distance from the center and from the University of Cote d'Azure, where I attended an event. I admire the warmth and the attentiveness of the owner.This is my 7th or 8th stay at this place and obviously is not the last one.

I should be perfect if there are slippers in each room.

We only got one pillow each which wasn't too comfortable.

Sophie, the hotel owner, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. So positive ,warm and knowledgeable in dealing with our requests. The location close to the tram system was an added benefit to our choice and made access to other areas of the city so easy.

It's a cute hotel with easy access to the center of Nice. Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful host. I also enjoyed the breakfast in the courtyard. Great value for money. Peaceful stay close to the center.

Wonderful warm hospitality. Beautiful simple room , tastfully decorated. Having access to a small balcony was lovely and the room was spotlessly clean.

Our stay at the villa was amazing. The location was great, near the tram station. It is very close to the city center, just 2 stops away. It is also close to the train station, so going to Cannes, Monaco, Ezze is just so easy. Sophie, our host, was absolutely amazing. The friendliest person, she explained everything we needed to know about Nice. Also, she gave us great tips about where to have dinner, nearby. She is the best! Her cats made our stay even lovelier. If we come back to Nice, we will stay again at this villa, for sure.

Staff were lovely and kind. The woman who checked me in was so informative and helpful and even gave me a map of the city. She helped me understand how the tram lines work.Enjoyed the breakfast.Room was clean and spacious.2 min walk to the tram stop.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable

Wonderful place, like a small oasis in a busy Nice during Tour de France final! The garden where you eat breakfast is beautiful and calming, the room clean, nicely decorated and great AC in the July heat. If you’re lucky you meet Polly, the cat!

The villa is run by a very friendly and helpful hostess and her family, the house is well kept and has charm with its lush front garden and the individual decor of the rooms with modern en-suite bathrooms.

The host was wonderful and the room was tidy. The location is right by the tram so it is easy to get downtown and explore the beautiful town. I would absolutely come back! Thank you, Sophie!

The villa looks so beautiful. The location is very convenient, the tram L1 is nearby, restaurants and supermarkets are around the corner. The owner is super nice and friendly, always smiles and helpful?She has an adorable cat ?‍⬛ That was so nice to play with it in the morning in the courtyard. Definitely wanna come back here when visiting Nice ❤️

Staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. The house is close to the tram stop

There is no 24h reception, it was quite hard to get instructions to do late check in as we arrived after the reception hours. The room illumination is bad…at night doesnt get completely dart as the curtain is not a blackout and during the day the illumination is not good as well as the lights are weak.

Atmosphere was cosy, the owner was very friendly, and the room was tidy and comfy. The location, although not in centre, is excellent since the tram stop is practically next to the hotel and also Liberation district itself is very lively.

Wonderful hotel in Nice. Very friendly service. French-style breakfast. Friendly and efficient host who was happy too communicate in English when it became apparent my French is poor.
