The best location and the owners ( husband and wife) are the sweetest people and very nice. The receptionist lady was excellent too.

Great location, beach is right across the street. Our room was a privilege double room with ocean views.

Unit was dirty and poorly stocked. Balconies have cheap artificial turf carpet which was loose and poorly fitted. Unit and building could benefit from routine maintenance and power washing.

Excellent position on the prom in front of a free beach and pssible to take deck chair there. It was an easy walk everywhere and bus and tram stops very convenient.

The semi basement was fine but it couldn't heat a room.with a view.

The hotel and location were ideal. The welcoming and helpful owners and staff made this stay exceptional in so many ways, right on the Promenade! The beautiful breakfast on the balcony — facing the Med and the gentle morning sun and breeze — was the best start of any day!

We stayed at Hotel Flots d’Azur for two nights at the end of our holiday in the region and really enjoyed our time here. We chose the hotel for its great location within walking distance of Nice Old Town and easy access to transport links to the airport, and it couldn’t have been more convenient.It’s a small, charming hotel with only a limited number of rooms, which makes it feel peaceful and personal. Staff were excellent. We booked one of the rooms facing the Promenade and absolutely loved the beautiful sea view. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the double glazing was excellent, keeping out the road noise completely.We didn’t try the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, but overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Fantastic location in the heart of Nice!

The room was quite small and got pretty hot (even in October) and there was no option to control air in the room. While cleaning the cleaning lady forgot some things to our room :)

The only downside was there was no tea or coffee in the room, but they was happy to make us a coffee.!

The hotel is family owned and the whole family was super warm, friendly, and very patient. The room was clean and tidy, with an amazing view. We could also reserve parking, which was very convenient. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again!

The room was impeccably decorated blue and white. It was perfectly clean. The location was perfect, situated on the ocean right on the Promenade descanglais. The beach was right across the street. Breakfast was wonderful! The best part of all was the owners. They were so nice and welcoming. They treated me like family! All of my requests were answered. I scraped my finger and Sophie was there to clean and bandage it! The lobby was beautifully decorated with the beautiful artwork of the owner’s daughter. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! It was a bargain! I definitely got my moneys worth. There were lots of shops and groceries close by it was wonderful.

We loved everything.The room with the view was spectacular.Room was modern and very clean.

Everything was great, the sea is close, the staff is very friendly, the terraces are large, the view is magical, everything is perfect, it was not noisy considering that we are on the Promenade and next year we will stay in the same hotel.

I visited Hotel Flots d’Azur for a get a way by myself in September ‘25. What can I say; this was the best experience ever! Sophie and Thierry are so welcoming it really felt like being with family. The hotel is just across the street from the beach and everything is there for you to make your experience perfect. They have sun-beds and umbrellas available and the couple is there to help you with finding nice places to eat or to spend your day visiting the surroundings. The hotel is calm, clean and relax. I can highly recommend a stay here at Hotel Flots d’Azur in Nice. I will revisit for sure.

Really nothing!

Owned by a lovely couple who were so friendly and welcoming - the owner even offered to let me have a go on his CBX motorcycle which was my dream bike as a kid but sadly my wife rather sensibly suggested that wasn’t a good idea after a few glasses of wine. The views from the balcony of the palm trees and blue sea are stunning and a lovely place to have an evening drink before heading into town. Tram Line 2 from the airport stops just out side (Magnan) and you can also get the tram into town although it’s a lovely 30 minute walk along the seafront which we did most nights. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - we loved it!

The Location was amazing. So close to the Beach with very friendly staff.

The room was pretty tight and the bed a bit small for two. Never the less it was comfortable and we had everything we needed.
