There was so much to watch just outside our window.

The hotel was in a great location to walk to the main strip of Nice. The staff were very friendly and provided assistance as needed. There was plenty of parking at the time I was there. The view from the front of the hotel was amazing as it is right by the sea which aloud for a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Just overall, am amazing location and price for a beautiful stay.

I arrived very late after a long and stressful journey, as my luggage was lost in between airports. The night receptionist was incredibly kind and gave me very helpful information about luggage delivery and timing. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and the bed was absolutely wonderful, exactly what I needed after such a long day.

A few amenities in the bathroom would have been nice. Having hand soap by the sink would be more convenient, as it was only available in the shower.

View is amazing, staff is helpful, rooms are comfortable, location is perfect for exploring Nice. Having onsite EV charging is a bonus. Free parking is amazing!

Breakfast buffet is just OK, passable but not spectacular, but also reasonably priced.

The property is very clean, and well managed.My room was towards the back of the hotel, which was fine because it was very quiet. The walk into town is probably a good 15 minutes, but there are bike rentals that are not far from the hotel if you wish to rent a lime bike and ride into town. We were driving so really appreciated the free parking which was probably the only hotel we stayed in that had it on our 5 Week drive through Europe.

Comfortable, beautiful views , walking to some of the best food in nice

They are doing construction and probably should reduce rates because of this

Even though there was a construction going on the property without our knowledge or consent, but we enjoyed our stay there. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Nice view of the coast if you were on the balcony. It was also very clean.

Parking- they advertise parking but when you arrive it’s full and not from the guests. We talked to a receptionist and she was not overly friendly about this. Even though they have a system for hotel guests to park it is not utilized (scanner and arm at entrance). We chose this hotel specifically for parking and what we found was that there was none. We had to wait for a car to leave which we realized after talking to the couple leaving they were locals coming from the nearby beach. So basically the available parking is being utilized by not only hotel guests but locals using it for free parking near a beach. Pretty frustrating.

We ate dinner at the restaurant and the staff was not helpful and not very pleasant when we were placing our order. It took a long time fr staff to remove the dirty appetizer plates.

The breakfast was not good ?.. they should have more fruits and the cakes didn’t taste good…

The friendliness of the staff and the location. The shower was also big and clean.

The parking spots are limited and the fence open so potentially everybody could park there. Also we had a door in our room connected to another one but closed. Last detail: only one side of the bed had a night table and night lamp.

The location was incredible. A perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea. The bed was comfortable, the room size was good for one person. I rented a car so it was great that they had parking available. They also had charging ports for EV.

Whenever I opened my window in the evenings, the chatter from the restaurant patrons was a little loud. But once you closed the windows, the noise was minimal. Also a little annoying that you had to ask the front desk for the iron daily.

The view was spectacular. There’s a beautiful church attached and we enjoyed that as well as the beautiful courtyard in the center. The sea was right there and you were able to walk over have a swim and then come back to your room effortlessly. That beach was quite full, but this is to be expected at this time of year.

We weren’t able to eat dinner at the hotel because it was booked up the entire time that we were there. The breakfast was good, but could have been refilled more frequently.

The bedding was a little hard and pillows
