I could have lived inthat room ! Very spacious, tastefully furnished. Very comfortable, nice staff very helpful !

The host, Regine was very reactive on all our questionsThe hotel is in a quiet area, we could sleep with open windows without any noise disturbing us.The room is comfortableHave in mind that if you wish a breakfast, you have to order it the previous day and it is served in a limited slot time. It was not an issue for us, as we just enjoyed the self service coffee machine.

We like the fact that the property is located slightly away from the centre of Nice. Good transport links to the city centre and airport. Short uphill walk from the tram station. Nice walk to the city centre. Spacious rooms. Regine the host looked after us well.

My host communication was exceptional. The courtyard breakfast was outstanding and lovely to wake up to. I very much enjoyed returning to my room after exploring the city. The hotel is very close to everything so super easy to get around.

So quiet and near to a tram stop. Very clean. Recommended.

I know not many places in France seem to provide it, but as we arrived late, some sort of welcome pack would have been nice

The room was very good; it was clean, had enough space and a nice bathroom. The staff was very organized and are very quick to respond for any questions. Couldn't be more happy with our stay here. The promenade and nearest tram/metro station are within walking distance.

The property is in a peaceful and quiet which we enjoyed as we don’t like being in super touristy areas. The hotel itself is very beautiful and also quiet. Our room was very spacious and well kept. Régine is the absolute best! She is very accommodating, thoughtful and resourceful

Regine was wonderful, very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We communicated through WhatsApp and Regine was very responsive. The breakfast was delicious, the room spacious and well equipped. The hotel is in a quiet residential area, but only a few minutes walk to the tram and Promenade des Anglais. I look forward to staying there again.

Elegant building and garden, comfortable bedroom, quiet and charming area, convenient for tram and beach

Staff were incredible, the room was huge as was the bathroom. And the place was spotlessly clean.

It's not on the front along the water which would have been more convenient but it was only a 5 min uber ride away.

Quiet tranquil position, very close to promenade and beach, also closest tram stop was only a 5 minute walk. Room we stayed in was large and had lots of traditional character.

Unbeknown to me, when I booked the weekend away, it was the Monaco Grand Prix weekend and thee end of the Cannes film festival, so I had to pay more than normal for the room , hence me not scoring a 10 for value to money.

Very nice accommodation. Big room and a terrace where you can seat very confortable. It's new renovated. The bathroom is big also. Very quiet area and easy to go to the tram station. The host Regine is very nice and helpful!

There is nothing to say bad about it :). It's a lovely place to stay in Nice :)

The room was beautiful and I've never stayed in a hotel so clean! Also the orange trees in the garden were stunning.

Not alot wrong with it, only slight downside was quite alot of stairs and the location was a bit out of the way but we just got cabs or tram.

It was an excellent stay, beautifull light clean room, excellent breakfast and very friendly helpfull lady Régine at the reception. Very recommend for a nice stay. Also, great location, the villa is just nearby from the station, easy to get (straight tram/train from the Nice airport)

Loved our room it was a great size and the bathroom was as well. Decorated beautifully with little extras. Bed comfy. Area quiet. Breakfast was great. A little out of the way for Restaurants and about a 25 minute walk to train station. Highly recommend. X

The location is great: quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close to the sea, tram station. The hotel itself is gorgeous: very aesthetic interior and exterior. But the real gem of the villa is Nikolas. Very helpful, generous, attentive, friendly and warmly welcoming person. In this property we felt like real guests. Definitely want to come again

Nice rooms, very clean, nice garden, the staff is super nice! The hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood yet walking distance from restaurants, beach and center. If you don't mind walking the location is great!
