Studios Floreal

Location, cleanliness, luggage storage and friendly staffs.

I didn't like the toilet. It was so tiny and "far away" from the bedroom and the bathroom sink!

Great location. Really enjoyed this cute place. There were an ample amount of towels left for me which is always nice. The staff was very accommodating and nice. I thought it was great value for the money.

Very professional and friendly host and her assistant who met us at the door, walked us in, explained things and gave us a map of the city. The building and unit are very clean. The unit had everything we needed. And the location is amazing.

Loved how close it was to the train station and the tram station. Made it perfect for going around the Riviera. We were able to check in much earlier than we had expected and the lady who showed us the room was a great help and super nice!

There was a bit of a weird smell in the hallways while we were there, but the smell never came into the room so we weren’t bothered by it.

Perfect location. Very secure and clean. You need a key to even enter the building. Owner of the hotel is very nice and helpful. Everything you need for a perfect vacation!

The location is amazing. In the center of Nice

I can say almost nothing. Maybe the only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't efficiently working. However luckily the weather was good during my stay

Host was very friendly and accommodating! Very good location, we were walking distance from everywhere. Also the balcony had a beautiful view!!

Great location near the train station and popular areas on the way to the beach and Old Town.

A bit spartan.

It is close to the train station and 15 minutes walk to Place Massena. The studio is small but has everything that is needed. The bed is comfortable and it is very clean. I will choose it again.

The location - so close to the train station and tram stop. We also found the studio very well equipped with everything you could need in a small space, also the elevator was a bonus!

We liked everything and definitely would return- however as it’s on the tramline you can hear them but wasn’t a concern for a us.

This is the best location in Nice for tourists in my opinion. It is 3 minutes walk to the Nice Ville station if you want a day trip to Monaco. There's a number of baggage storage stores around so you don't have to take the baggage with you. . There grocery stores and so many restaurants near by. Hostess Rachel was so kind and helpful, as we arrived a couple of hours earlier than the check in time and our room was not yet ready, She let us leave our baggages and gave us a tour map so we went to the beach lightweight. Highly recommended.

The staff were AMAZING! They were ready to show us the space right away and were flexible with check in. The staff were SO FRIENDLY! Very helpful and stored our bags for us after check out. The location was fantastic and close to the train and everything else. Highly recommend.

Self contained room with coffee facilities. Location to nearby train station.

Light entering through one of the windows, at night, as there was no curtain.

A very comfortable apartment in a great location with everything one could possibly need within a few minutes away. Being so close to the main railway station made day trips even easier and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

Very convenient to train station as well as tram, busses and metro. Walkable to waterfront and an endless supply of eateries and shopping along the way. The apartment itself was clean, modern, well equipped. Building hallways are well lit, elevator is modern, apartment is quiet and feels comfortable and secure. Building staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. Excellent accomodation!

100% satisfied. Exceeded my expectations!

The studio was clean, well-facilitated, and ideally located in the heart of Nice, just a three-minute walk from Nice Ville Train Station. Most of the city's landmarks were within walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring. The host, Rachel, was incredibly kind and welcoming, as was the building keeper. Their hospitality made me feel truly at home, adding a personal touch to my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice.

I honestly can not think of anything negative.

Great location in Nice, for a group of friends, 4 apartaments

Everything was good, we stayed for five nights and we were very satisfied. Great location and good facilities

The studio flat is in an excellent location. Less than five minutes walk from the train station and about ten minutes walk to Place Massena. It has everything you need, kitchenette, shower, a small balcony. Despite it being on the main street, it is very quiet.Rachel goes out of her way to help.I will definitely book it again.

All was superb.

Great location, very near train station and shops. But not noisy. Reasonable sized room, especially for the price and reasonably well equipped. Changed towels during the week. Friendly and responsive staff.

Size of sink in bathroom and overall size of bathroom. Lack of air extractor in kitchen area.
