    Pros +

    • The rooms were very big and modern. We were in an excellent location. Even though we were on a busy street, it was very quiet. We later recommended it to friends who had to spend one evening in these before their flight.
    • Very well located, modern, comfortable, spacious. Staff very nice and helpful
    • Location, amenities and friendly staff

    Cons -

    • The restaurant has a limited menu
    • Breakfast is so so given the price, say orange juice is 7.5€, but I guess Nice is more expensive maybe.. it is not in the main busy part of the town but everything is walking distance aka within 20min walk or so so easy to be around still.
    • No parking, but that is not unusual in Nice.

Rooms are decent size, a 1b1b but has almost everything, the design makes it work. Dishwasher, cooking equipment with salt and pepper even (we bought oil ourselves though), washing machine (we borrowed one pod from front desk), microwave (no oven but it’s more than enough). There’s a carrefore on the back of the hotel so easy to buy things too. Staff are friendly.

The location, facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, kitchenette, service, restaurant recommendations - amazing stay for a family of 4 with young children!

Very cool hotel. We needed room for 4 adults, and one of their suites fit the bill perfectly. Great having kitchenette with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and even washing machine! Beds comfy, good pillows. Best of all is location, just around the corner from old town Nice adjacent to the hill, by the Old Port. Just minutes to walk into Old Town. New Metro stop on line 2, which goes to airport is right across the street. Staffed 24 hours, and staff helpful getting airport transport and city info.

No parking, but that is not unusual in Nice.

    Location,apart hotel type,

No place in the bathroom to place personal belongings, we had to carry one of the small coffee table into the bathroom,It is better to have more towel hook

We absolutely loved staying here! The room was a great size with a nice view & balcony. The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. Great location. Easy to walk to the train and dozens and dozens of top tier restaurants. The staff was always very pleasant and willing to help answer our questions.

The glass door on the bathroom. Wish it was a real door

Location is perfect. Staff was excellent. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The only very minor change I would make is the pillows. Not bad, but not great.

Just a really nice hotel in a great location. Decorated beautifully, cool vibes! Nice little restaurant with seating inside & out. Music on Friday night was a bonus. Staff very helpful. We would stay here again. Recommend it highly. PS loved the balcony too!

    Nothing I can think of.

We had an amazing apartment with all the comforts of a high-class hotel. A small, perfectly designed and equipped kitchen. An extremely comfortable bed. Excellent location near the old city. Simply a pleasure.

    Absolutely nothing

We really enjoyed staying at the Palais Ségurane Boutique Hotel. The location in Old Town Nice was perfect for walking, seeing sights, and discovering restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is neat, clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed having a small kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. On a return trip to Nice, we will definitely stay there again.

Spacious room with all the amenities of a small apartment and all the hotel services at the same time.

Nothing to highlight her, just a recommendation that the need to somehow secure at least one parking lot outside the hotel for their guests to be able to stop for few minutes.

    9ToddPosted on: 8-5-2025

The staff were so excellent. They welcomed us straight away. We arrived at 10 am and check-in is at 3 pm, they were kind enough to take our bags and hold them (in a locked room, which we were pleased with) until our room was ready. It was 3 pm by the time we could check-in but it's a boutique hotel so that's expected. The cleaning service was top tier. No matter the time that we ended up leaving the room our housekeeper got in there to freshen everything up. The location was outstanding. You can access Colline du Chateau from the park entry across from the hotel and walking through Vieux Nice to get anywhere was awesome. There's a CarreFour (grocery) right around the corner, a pharmacy, and easy access to public transport. The area feels safe with buzz around the nearby cafes early in the AM to late at night. But it's not too noisy. The room was well appointed and comfortable with ample storage, at least for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kids). The people were so friendly and made the stay outstanding.

The spa is limiting. I do wish the amenities felt more accessible at the cost of what it is to stay there. The 40€ price tag for the movie theater, unfortunately, put us off as well. Although, it is a cool feature and a reason we selected the hotel, we didn't end up using it. The street noise from traffic can seep through the beautiful balcony doors/windows, but I found it charming. My husband who is a picky and light sleeper could tolerate it. We had restful sleep every night.

Great stay, parking only a 5 min walk away.

There was a gap between the shower door and the wall so during the shower the water would come out and flood the floor, but a towel would do the trick, hope the hotel fix it soon.
