Hallway carpets were marked/stained. The bedrooms windows weren’t fully sound proofed and could hear street noise (room 625)

Great location — close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was spotlessly clean and lovely furnished with modern touches, and we enjoyed a lovely view from the window. Breakfast was tasty with the panoramic view. Staff were friendly and helpful, so much so that we extended our stay by an extra night. Highly recommended.

Great location, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We even received a free parking because of my husband’s birthday! Breakfast was on the rooftop with a beautiful view.

I would use glass cups instead of paper ones. But it was a very minor issue.

Extraordinary staff -- all friendly and extremely responsive. Location of the hotel one row back from the beach was quieter and no impediment to enjoying the promenade. Breakfast with custom eggs was very good.

The room was pretty small and, while it had a great coffee machine, lacked other amenities (e.g. robe, slippers, lotions, etc,). The restaurant had a kind of hokey Switzerland theme that didn't seem to fit either the hotel or the locale.

The hotel is modern, stylish, and comfortable. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and the rooftop area offers a great atmosphere with beautiful views. The location is also very convenient for getting around Nice.

Honestly, nothing major. Everything met my expectations and the stay was very enjoyable overall.

Breakfast on the roof terrace was great - having breakfast as the sun was coming up was special - as was having a drink on the terrace as the sun went down. Location was great, too - a short walk to the promenade and beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Soundproofing in the room could have been better - could hear noise from inside the hotel and from the street. Room floor and furnishing were looking a bit careworn.

Furniture in the room was very dated and damaged, the service at the restaurant on the rooftop was very poor and we left after over an hour without eating anything

Good location, clean, comfortable with very helpful staff.

AVOID room 702, where the sound from the rooftop bar - even nothing raucous - could be heard loudly in the room as well as very loud noises from the elevator going up & down, creaking too - so it was impossible to sleep. Hotel moved us without any issues and admitted they have regular complaints about that room. Apart from that our stay was wonderful.

I would not come again.

The sink didn’t drain. The bathroom was below my expectations. The location is not near the city center. The room furniture was damaged. The restaurant was terrible. The price is not justified.

The hairdryer is terrible. You have to hold the button while using it which is a pain

Check in went ok aas expected but hotel did not have all the services we expected

The lack of expected services like valet and luggage help and very poor internet.

Bottles of water provided, good location almost right on the promenade however a bit of a walk to the train station and old town, great pool and rooftop area, king size bed

Small things such as shower caps would’ve made a difference, there seemed to be an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom for most of the stay
