The Hotel itself is small but cozy enough for me and right on the Beach ! The owner is very nice and was very accommodating ! I would go back in a heartbeat !

The location and the view was just breathtaking taking away. the room was just perfect. The owner was just amazing. Had the best stay in Nice ever. Been to Nice 4 times in one year. This one was the most welcoming place. The owner was the most polite host ever, he met all our meets. I will be staying here next year again that's for sure. Perfect place for sunrise and sunset lovers. Having read about toilet size, all depending on what size you are really, we had no problem. If you are bigger than average, you may struggle, simple. The room was cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday. Clean plates and cups. Bed very comfortable and the pillows good as well. Had great night sleep as well. It can get loud outside but you are at the main road, what do you expect. I stayed in 4 different parts of Nice this year. At the end of the day it's a city! Gets dusty if you leave the window open all day, obviously.

The view , it was clean.It's not luxury but it's clean and the Mister from reception is very friendly.

The location is great... is not in the old town or anything but its across the beach and next to the train and airport.

The place has so much potential, just needs a very good and deep clean and organisation... The reception was messy, outside was messy and dirty, the room wasn't that clean.Just a little bit of love and it would have been great.

It was a sweet little hotel. Not a chain but family run. Its not a 5 star, nor does it claim to be! Its cheap and cheerful and right on the beach with some lovely shops and bakeries and coffee shops about. Its also very near a train stop so is very very easy to get to and from airport and out and about.

Not much, was travelling alone and suited me perfectly.

The bathroom was not clean. The windows didn’t shut properly so the noise from road kept us awake and then the guy in reception started watching cartoons at 620am which we could hear through our door. The room was grotty and it felt like it needed a lick of paint Price difference with ibis was €20 but difference was much much more than this

No frills hotel 10 mins from the airport right on the beach. Not a fancy neighborhood but there’s super markets and good food around.

Hotel very basic but clean. Location excellent, near to airport, supermarket, tram and bus stops. Had room with balcony, sit back and watch the world go by. Room prices very fair.

This is very subjective but it was the most worn out hotel I've been in. The bathroom was extremely small. The reception was a mess and everywhere needed a deep clean, modernization and redecoration. I was forced to stay there due to flight cancellation.

I like the view very very much. Last year I stayed at the same place. Ealier in my life I have been to Nice and other places along the Côte d`Azur. Promenade des Anglaise is "the best" in my opinion.. it is magnificent.

The hotel owner is very kind and welcoming. He offers clean towels to use for beach which is right across the street. He let me stay past my check out time and was very generous. I felt very comfortable here.

Breakfast was supposed to be included (from booking.com) and it was not. And it was not given as extra service as well
