Esatitude Hotel

Location is very good, close to tram L1, also Just 15min walk to Riquier railway station.Breakfast was fine, it's worth the extra price. Room was very spacious with balcony. Also very clean.

Elevator was out of order during our stay, but hotel informed us well in advance. We just missed minor things: coat hanger and water glasses in the room, and vegetables at breakfast.

I loved the balcony and the size of the room. Beds were comfortable, instant coffee pretty good. Staff was friendly and breakfast very good!

You have to use your keycard to keep the lights on, which is fine I guess. Shower is small and janky, toilet in another room entirely.

It's a pleasure to be greeted by friendly, helpful and professional staff. This was an unexpected highlight of our brief stay. The balcony was also nice.

Beds were a bit hard and there's no nearby transit from the hotel to the center or airport. Not much in the immediate area in terms of restaurants, cafes, etc.

It was very big and very clean.

A little far from the city. No breakfast available.

Rooms were large and clean, and we had our private balcony. Breakfast was very good especially coffee machine. For 10 euros we had parking in the garage. We used tram which was not far from the hotel. That was convenient. Staff was very polite and friendly.

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. That was the only one disadvantage.

Location was good next to the tram, room size was big.

For the price you would expect better product. Wifi didn’t work, bed was uncomfortable, and trash from previous clients was not cleaned.

The location was perfect , few min to the tram , room was big and beds comfortable .The stuff was nice and they spoke English. Parking was cheap and good.

Not enough to choose for breakfast, very poor… only eggs omlet and few pieces of ham .. don’t book breakfast if you don’t eat eggs. The cutlery was really old and looked very bad.

The main thing is that it’s clean. Pillows are comfortable and the room is surprisingly spacious. I liked that the toilet was in a separate little room from the bathroom. The AC actually works well, which is a relief in the summer.

It’s not pretty, but that’s to be expected with the price you’re paying. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking. The WiFi was bad and you can only have one device per WiFi code (you get two, but only one works).

Very polite and efficient staff. Decent breakfast. Well organized car park (Euro 10/day).

1) Safe deposit not working, no way to repair it at once. (2) Out of some 20 listed TV stations only a handful was available (3) Out of two electrical outlets next to the desk, only one did work.

Breakfast was good and there was a variety of goods. The location was convenient as the hotel was near bus and tram stops.

we liked the room, the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was full of food

we didn't like the payment for parking (it should be included in the price). The staff wasn't very helpful and someone didn't speak English. it's important in a tourist city like Nice.

Very nice room, with a balcony with chairs and table. Super nice breakfast and the best scramble eggs I had in a long time. parking garage under the hotel.

I liked the breakfast, I also liked the price of the parking, as well as the water, tea, and coffee they had offered in the room, I liked the terrace as well and comfort of the bed

I did not like the fact that the wi-fi was just for one device while we had booked the room for two people, I did not like also that there were ants on the table

Staff were excellent as was breakfast. All good

Car park was difficult to maneuver.

Very friendly staff, garage, walking distance to the ciryty center, good breakfast

For the money the room size exceeded expectations. The room was extremely clean and comfortable too.

All was good

Free room upgradeSpatial roomNice breakfastFriendly staffsBlackout curtains

Distant from city center and beach, but it is near the train station

Big room. Close to the tram and bus station.

Lack of mini fridge in the room, breakfast not so diverse. Parking spaces to small, which would not be a problem if peoaple would take care when opening the doors and not slaming them to the other cars.

The size of the room and the balcony plus the car park

Bathroom was bit dated

The size of the room was nice! Easy parking with electric vehicle. You could charge for free

The shower was a little weird. There was only a tub, so you had to sit in the tub and use the showerhead because you couldn’t hang it up.
