Hotel La Villa Nice Promenade

Location, friendly staff, small but cozy room with everything we needed

The funky ramp at the bottom of the stairs with a trip hazard.

Great location, fun design. Nice bathroom.

Thé hôtel was charming and the room was spacious and modern. Very quiet and great AC.

The only thing is that the hotel is a bit far from the old town especially if traveling with children.

The room was large and the bed super comfortable. The bathroom was modern and the decor very modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

The hotel was a bit of a walk (15-20 minutes) from the Old Town where all the action is. It is a beautiful walk down the promenade but it is pretty long, specially tiring after a day of exploring.

Beautiful boutique hotel with protected parking lot in the courtyard, 15 minutes walk from the old town center and 15 minute drive from the airport, and a block from the promenade. All decor was thoughtful and stylish. Quality linens and towels and all bathroom fixtures. Everything kept up in pristine condition. We loved our spacious room with a balcony.Excellent breakfast with great number of choices. The entire team was kind and accommodating. Had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.

It’s one block to the beach, fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room

Staff was nice but we got “upgraded rooms” and it felt more like a downgrade. The room was very plain and not what I saw online that I thought I booked (colorful and happy). I wish I would not have spent the money to stay here.

Breakfast room was cozy with good selections. Front desk was small but lobby was eclectically decorated and charming.

Room was not available upon check-in and staff was indifferent at check in, although they did store our luggage. Via email, I was told that they would work to accommodate our early check-in request.

The location is spectacular, a few blocks from the Promenade des Anglais. The rooms were extremely quiet with high-quality toiletries, and a small refrigerator. The hotel provided free parking, which was a huge plus. The staff spoke many languages, including English, which was a great help. I would definitely come back to this hotel

Nothing!

Awesome location, very friendly staff, nice and clean!

You can smell the freshly made bakeries every early morning. It makes you feel hungry:)

The location is amazing, one block from le Promenade des Anglais and the beach and extremely close to rue Masséna for food and drinks! It was so easy to get there via the tram from the airport and the walkability is fantastic.

There are no complaints.

Clean, great location, friendly and professional staff. Parking on the property is available.

The hospitality, very clean and close to the beach and other attractions.

Very kind and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Stellar location one block to the beach and promenade.

Better coffee in the room but this goes for all of Europe.

Location and cleanliness

Room are quite small

We booked a family room and it was spacious and nice. The location was very good and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It is also nearby the city center. If you have a car, you should reserve parking in advance at the hotel.

The WiFi was terrible in our family room and we complained for 3 days and nothing happened.

Proximity to Beach. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Proximity to the beach is a plus

Not good communication using English with some of the staff, no smart TV to play Netflix at the end of a long day. Odd setup of the toilet in a room by itself without a way wash our hands

Good location , clean room , close to the beach . The staff is very nice .

A man at the reception was rude to me at the check-in
