A bit hard to find

Cleanliness, price, and facilities.

I only stayed 1 night, so didn't get to experience much.

The best location to overnight before a morning flight from Nice NCE. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Has a gym. And local restaurants open on Sunday evenings too. All at a reasonable price.

Nothing to dislike.

Chose Not to Stay after knowing this...

Hi! I chose not to stay at this property after knowing about security deposit and several negative feedback like failure to pay back of the security deposit money and hidden charges.

It’s in an excellent location. Walking distance from the airport Terminal 1 (or can be reached from the airport within the free tramway stops), 4 minutes walk from nearest city bound tramway stops, 4 minutes from well served railway station and from bus station. Yet despite all this, it’s really quiet, and comfortable. Oh, and it’s only 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. Particularly good value in low season and an excellent base for cycling east and west around the Côte d’Azur. The hotel staff team are friendly, efficient, and speak excellent English.

Very clean. Excellent elevators. Excellent 24hr front desk staff. Large room & bathroom. Relatively large shower with good water flow. Good hot water. Comfortable bed. Lots, and lots of receptacles to plug in to. Lots of light if wanted. Really nice reading light on each side of the bed. Large room safe capable of putting 17" laptop. Breakfast is an okay continental one, but not great. Still, worth it just so you can get free coffee refills; at 4 euros a pop outside, that alone pays for the breakfast. The price for what you get is excellent; we stayed at a couple of inexpensive hotels in downtown Nice and paid much, much more for poor quality. We only booked one night at first since we weren't sure what to expect. We ended up staying a couple more nights. We spent 8 days in/along the Cote d'Azur. With the Cote d'Azur daily/3day/weekly pass it is better to commute back and forth from this airport hotel instead of staying downtown (only 25-30 minutes by train). Easy 6 minute walk from the Nice Saint Agustin metro stop. In fact, it's better to commute up and down the Cote d'Azur from this hotel with the pass. We went, on different days, to Monaco, Eze, San Remo Italy, Nice centro several times. Since the Nice Saint Agustin metro stop is the next one after the main Nice-Ville stop, there is always a train available. We had to catch a 6am flight on our last day. No buses run to the airport at 3-4am, so we walked the easy 1km to terminal 2. Easy since we had backpack type luggage and the Google Maps GPS took us right to it.

Not really something we didn't like, but, use Google Maps and put in the hotel name Residhome Nice Aeroport, not the address. The map will take you directly to it. If you put in the address, Google will take you to a complex of about 5-6 ten story buildings. Residhome is in the same building as the Okko Hotel, but on the opposite, non-street side of the building.

Clean and affordable

Bed comfort was average .Very hard to find first time. The “455 promenade des Anglais” address is very misleading. Need better instruction to get there.Garage on the 5th floor was a pain to get to. Extremely narrow path. Need to rent a tiny car to make sure not to scratch the car when going up or down. This was ridiculous.

The location is excellent for flights and public transportation. The building is newer. The cleaners do a great job.

The AC does not cool properly, could not get it below 24.8 C (we've stayed three times, with different rooms, all had the same problem. Plus the last room's circuit breaker box had an intermittent buzzing that only stopped if you turned off the fan/AC) They advertise as a nonsmoking building/rooms yet we found out later they allow smoking out the window, which means the rooms smell of smoke because the smokey air naturally travels back into their room, and if you have your window open, the person next to you smokes out their window and it comes in your unit. We've had ashes and butts on our window sill once, and smoke piling in from a neighbor.

We got bedbugs in room 501! We’ve spent several hundred dollars to get rid of them!

No breakfast as left early for the flight, great location, a bit hard to find.

The location was good. A 5 minute walk to terminal 1 Nice airport and a tram ride away from terminal 2. Close to Phoenix Park tram stop and train station. Great restaurant across the way called L’etna. Only one open in the evening.

Very difficult to find as it’s nestled in a concrete jungle and there is no front entrance from the street. Our Uber driver had difficulty getting us there. We arrived late and the front desk clerk spoke NO English (that’s ok really but you’re in area by the airport that has international travel constantly and barely no English was spoken by the staff even during the day). We were there for five nights and the TV had two English speaking stations and no BBC. We always travel with our google chromecast pod but it wouldn’t connect to the WIFI even though it said connected. Tried to get help from the staff and they were less than helpful. You had to pay for all extra amenities.

Great location for easy Nice airport access, walk to train station (Nice St. Augustin). and metro station (Grand Arenas). Clean and well equipped rooms with kitchenette. Reasonably priced in a quiet area and several restaurants nearby.

No complaints

The location is super convenient to the Airport if you are flying in or out of Nice. Also there are many restaurants around. The Hotel facilities are new and the Studio is very stylish with kitchenette and the bed is very comfortable. Metro Station is just around the corner connecting to the City Center. I had a comfortable sleep and i highly recommend this Hotel. Just note that the way to the Hotel is walking through internal court it is not on a main street.

The directions made it sound like we would have access to a parking garage, but this was not the case and we ended up having to pay to get the car back out of a public garage.

Clean, comfortable, kitchen area, balcony very nice.

Impossible to find hotel using the address of the hotel.We stumbled on the parking garage after going around the blocks several times. How you are suppose to get the parking pass at the hotel before parking car is insane. You can not drive up to hotel before parking.

Dryer didn’t work I left with wet clothes

As usual, very close to the airport, easy to access tram to the city center within 20 min

For the first time i saw 2 Bath towels with a few dirty spots on them that shocked me because it way always clean!!

For our second stay here it went well except for the dog.

Barking dog next door that we complained about a couple times but never stopped.

The room and hotel was great but the parking was absolutely terrible and the front desk staff was very rude!!

Very big and spacious. Lovely balcony. All facilities available including dish washer. Small kitchenette too. Great lighting. Baggage storage with proper security.

It looked like they had a concierge facility but they didn't offer me.
