Price is right for a budget hotel with good location near the train station. The receptionist was friendly that we may communication in English. Fast check out is good.

Room size is unexpectedly small. Lack of toiletries and the towels were very thin. Stuffy room because of very limited air-conditioning with the noisy air-conditioner that we could not manage a good night sleep. Poor elevator service, small and slow.

Free coffee, all facilities are renovated, friendly staff (always available), and of course the location parallel to jean medecin st. & 5 min walking from nice ville

No enough facilities in the room (kettle, minibar).

I stayed here a week and it was perfectly pleasant. It looked like my room had been recently renovated, and it was pristine. The amenities were nice, including a vanity table in the large bathroom. Breakfast was good, and I appreciated the coffee machine being available all day. The staff was kind and the location was overall convenient for Nice (a bit far from the more touristy areas, but that didn’t bother me).

I stayed on the top floor, which meant it was quiet, but my roof sloped in both the bedroom and bathroom. I only hit my head once but someone taller than me would have a lot of trouble. If you are tall, maybe mention that as a request.

The hotel is centrally located, with friendly staff, clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast.

There is no minibar in the rooms, and it would be helpful to provide single-use toothpaste.

Clean and nice rooms, great location. Free snacks and coffee in the afternoon was great!

Breakfast was a bit too expensive given the variety. The staff was not super friendly.

Location was good as used the train station every day

The beds seemed smaller than a single bed. Mattress topper was on top. Thought that we would have a coffee machine in the room but it was downstairs which once I was showered and changed I didn’t really fancy going downstairs to get a hot drink or vice versa in the morning

It was tatty. Our bathroom had a horrible drain smell coming from the shower plug. It needs tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the internet was no good

It it in the quiet residential area and very close to the Main Street and the train station. 10 minutes walk to the ocean and less than 5 minutes to the train station. The hotel is very basic from IBIS but clean bathroom.

Does not have amenities in the room.

We were allocated a room on the 1st floor as we were early for our check in, this was for for us and the room was what we expected, there was very little external noise being on the 1st floor but this was fine. We did not book the breakfast option but we were allowed free coffee and offered to part take in breakfast for a small charge if we wished.

There was no Kettle in the room.

Good dark quiet room. 7 minutes walk to train station Nice Ville. The breakfast was good. The tv had a sports channel and bbc news. The staff were very friendly and for the most part spoke good English. Several restaurants nearby. The shower had good warm water.

The step up into a small shower through a narrow entrance was hard on my knee. If knee wasn’t bad then only the size was small. Only 2 plugs for charging.

Great location as it is walking distance from the Metro and the train station. I also would like to commend the staff for keeping one of my items which I left during checkout.

The hotel is located close to the railway station, but rather far from the old centre of Nice. Breakfast was simple but OK; there was however no English Breakfast tea. Staff was helpfull. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I asked for a quiet room and though I didn't hear traffic or other guests, my room (212) was next to the elevator; and this you hear! There were not many sockets in the room, nor in the bathroom and the only socket near the bureau was an American style socket, what makes uploading my laptop rather complicated.

It was clean and quiet. The bed linen was very good. It was also in a good location for the train station and walking downtown.

The room was very small and there were no glass cups only paper ones.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very good and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

The location was fantastic for us, the shower pressure was great, and the bed was firm but comfortable. A bonus was how much storage there was given it's a small room. Overall a lovely stay!

The USB charging ports on the bed didn't work, just a mild inconvenience and didn't impact us too much. Nowhere to keep your own shower products (shampoo, conditioner, body and/or face wash) in the shower but it was manageable.
