Hotel Aparthotel AMMI Vieux Nice

Location, friendly staff, room amenities

The hosts!

We didnt know the extra bed would make the room so cramped when it was open.

Nice Aparthotel, great location and the most helpful staff…look forward to staying there again!

We rented the small studio and it was very comfortable for a short stay. The room had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet too. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen was perfect for making coffe in the morning. There's a nice bakery just around the corner that's perfect for nice breakfast. The team is wonderful and responsive. It was great!

The location is really good, the room is big and comfortable, the staff is really kind

The facilities in the room, the location, the bakery downstairs, the receptionists' availability to answer questions, the old city, the proximity to boulevard d'anglais, and the easy bus ride to Monte Carlo.

Can't say I didn't like something

Good location near the old city，supermarket and tram station. Friendly staff likes Jeanne give me the feeling like being home.Everthing here is perfect，thanks！

Staff were so friendly & very helpful. Perfect location, everything you need close by. Great kitchenette with complimentary filtered water on tap in reception.

Very nice clean property in good location. Receptionist very friendly with good English. Good comunication through WhatsApp. Everything seems new, recently decorated and in good working condition. Espresso machine. Netflix

Booked twin room and we got two beds pushed together with one duvet. And only one hand towel and one bath towel. We stayed only one night so didn't bother to ask for more but could be a problem if stayed longer.

The location and the staff was amazing! The room was very quiet, clean and comfy. The kitchen was fully equipped. Strongly recommend!!

Great location, very well equipped room and ‘kitchenette’, comfy bed and really helpful and friendly staff.

So good! Just a few minute walk from old town/ the beach. Staff were amazing - especially Julienne! So informative and welcoming. The room itself was also great, for saying it was next to the main road with the traffic, trams and foot traffic, the windows kept so much sound out. Allowing for afternoon naps when we had overindulged in breakfast/lunch. In the perfect location IMO. So many choices of restaurants, public transport and local amenities. Can’t wait to come back and indulge in this beautiful city again! Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

The hotel is very well located in the city centre. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by tram. You can also get to the airport very quickly by tram, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the soundproofing was super. The staff are very nice, helpful and friendly, we would go back anytime if we were to travel to Nice again.

The location is supreme, close to the tram station, walking distance to the old town. The suite is quite spacious, and the facilities in the room are nice too.

The only thing we had a problem was waiting at the front desk for over an hour with no one there (it was quite desperate, considering we have a little child). We called and texted. The staff later on explained that her phone was not working properly, and apologized. Though I think it just happened to us b/c of bad luck, I would recommend to contact them in advance making sure when you arrive there is someone at the front desk. But overall, I would say it was a pleasant stay and the staffs were very nice to us during the rest of the stay.

Fantastic staff who were very welcoming and eager to help. The location is perfect, on tram line and close to old town.. Great patisserie next door. Clean linen and modern facilities. I’ll be booking here again next holiday.

Room 9 was quite small but it had everything we needed. Next time I’ll ask for a bigger room.

This was a superb find right on the edge of the old town in Nice. The location was fantastic and the room was very well appointed. There was more space than I was expecting (French rooms are often quite small), and the staff were really super friendly and helpful. The room was stylish and comfortable and we had a great stay, would definitely recommend.

I really can't fault anything here. We slept with the window open on the first night and the noise from the street was mildly annoying, but that's obviously outside their control, and closing the window restored the peace for a good nights sleep.

Very clean room, nice location, friendly staff and easy communication, highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in fabulous location, very central with great restaurants nearby. Hosts, Jeanne and Julien were great, very friendly and helpful and gave loads of recommendations and suggestions for our stay.

Great location, helpful friendly staff, good accommodation

I can say this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Recently renovated, looks stylish and at the same time everything is very well thought-through and really convenient. Basically a perfect place to stay for a week, or even two. Nice kitchenette, fully equipped, comfy bed, superb location. People who work there are genuinely sweet and ready to help with every small thing. I will stay here again next time I’m in Nice and already recommended the hotel to my friends.

Too heavy blankets :) virtually everything was great!
