My room especially the bathroom, they're beautifully designed.

Lobby needs improvement. So dark and small. Meeds to be modernized.

Staff were so helpful and cheerful. Really great value. Location is 15 minute walk to the ocean.

Everything was great for us. If you have a car make sure you reserve parking. It is very limited.

Well located hotel (20 min walking till Nice old town, beside a mall and the train station) with an amazing staff and great facilities. We've been traveling a lot and this was the best hotel by far. The professionals working were so polite and helpful!

Nothing of consequence

The location of the hotel is quite close to the center of town and old town. The staff is great! Our room was good size and had a double sink is the bathroom!

Nothing, can’t fault it

A beautifully decorated boutique hotel with the perfect location (near Nice Ville Train Station) and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Julian behind the reception desk was very helpful and welcoming and gave us good recommendations on restaurants and activities to do whilst at Nice. Would recommend this gorgeous hotel to anyone and would love to come back in the future ?

A nice and cozy stay, just 3 minutes’ walk from the train station—perfect for exploring nearby towns with ease. Anthony and the team were very friendly and helped us change our room after the first night.

Very close walk from the station, yet away from any train noise. (some early morning noise from outside though, but not too bad).Excellent welcoming staff, very helpful and with great suggestions for places to visit.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts is the first thing you notice in this hotel.It is situated close to the train station, but there is no noise or other hassle from there.It's also in walking distance from the Promenade des Anglais.The rooms are modern and very clean and the wifi is good.

Few choices in breakfast and the quality should have been better.The walls seem to be quite thin, you could hear noises from adjacent rooms (even people walking could be heard).

We didn't have any expectations, yet they were exceeded. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful - they gave us great restaurant recommendation and information on what to visit. We were able to drop off our luggage before our room was ready, and also to have it stored after checkout until it was time to catch our plane back. We went to Nice in a slow season and we even got an upgrade on the room - very stylish and clean, we got a little complimentary breakfast and overall our experience is amazing.

Great location within 5 minutes of the station, ideal for day trips. The staff are excellent - friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated back from the main street so no issues with sound.

Close to the station. Set back from Main Street. Loved the boutique style. Staff cannot do enough to assist or advise you on your trip. Little perks made it extra special. Beautiful rooms and lovely artwork by local artists

Only slightly noisy from local building works, which was nothing to do with the hotel itself. Did notice an odd smell in the room here and there but again Attributed it to building going on
