Hôtel Byakko Nice

The location

I stayed in the old building; it is different than photos. The room was not ok

Good Hotel, staff are nice, and location is close to the train station and tram.

The bathroom is quite small.

Customer Support, location, nice breakfast

I like the location, warm welcome, excellent breakfast, convenient street parking. Thanks.

Just happened the alarm sound earlier in the morning around 5 am. Waked us up. But understandable it was something went on during that time in Kitchen We are all safe.

The location is close to train station and has easy access to public transportation. We are very surprised to have a big good breakfast and tea time, that provides a lot delicious and high-quality foods. The staff is professional and willing to help.

NA

Good location to avoid standard touristic areas and good connection to main train station and shopping district

Quite noise room with the window facing the street on ground level

Great staffExcellent Breakfast Very confortable bed

This is pleasant small hotel, conveniently located and very well-staffed.

Other people have said that the bathrooms are small but it's only the shower that's small. We had no problem with it though. It's perfectly manageable. If you want a negative: The music in the breakroom is blah. See, was that even worth mentioning?

It was good location as far as within walking distance of train station, main areas and Old Town. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The room decor was poor, small room and bathroom, very old elevator.

Balcony and the comfortableness, everything was essential and good

The money authorization that they took over the reservation still didn't come back

The location and the kindness of the staff. Hotel very clean

Room too small. The bed was against the wall, not very suitable for a couple. Not enough light in the room

- location- elevator

- not clean bed sheets- thin walls and door- small bathroom

Everything was great except for the pillows.

The pillows. Very uncomfortable, too big and low quality.

Very good breakdast for this price. Clean room.

The liquid soap machine next to the sink was broken, we had to go to the shower each time we needed soap. The tap was very big for the small sink and it was not comfortable to wash a face, as the water was being poured down the hands around.

Just location

When you shower all around water in toilet ..Internet not working Out of cafe No fridge in the room they said you can by reception and guess what middle of the night I was thirsty walked down. There is no water.

Clean, easy check-in.

Does not fulfill the basics of an accommodating, a decent night sleep. Walls are paper thin (excessive noise that doesn’t allow you to sleep) and flat pillows.

The facilities were nice, clean, and at a good location next to the train station. The breakfast was good with a great selection.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken, and the overall room was a bit smaller than I would have hoped for the price.

The location, value and staff! Flexible with changes and baggage storage

The room was not updated and visible wear and tear. Sink sealing was falling off.

Great location, few steps from train station and also not in crowded tourist area, the best balance for rest and visit the city. Walking distance to the ancient part and cool resto all around!

Only few small details: it would be nice to receive personal kit with basics on the desk or a question on check-in if I need it.and also to find a bottle of cold water in the room.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. Its prime location is close to shopping, the beach, and convenient transportation options made exploring the area effortless. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist, which truly enhanced my experience. Additionally, the breakfast was very delicious, and you could have it added to your room for a satisfying start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and friendly place to stay!

We like everything about this hotel.
