The aparthotel is on the tram line. It's convenient to Take the tram to the city center.

The aparthotel needs maintenance. The door has peeling paint, the window drapes were half way falling off the rail, holes on the carpet. The whole room looks bad. I was afraid I might get bed bugs, but luckily, did not. I checked out the next morning.

No 3 star! Staff in reception,confused as to register.no parking available to regist. so we parked in back by garage(couldn't enter) had to walk the entire block around(use a cane) to get to front desk where she said to go back enter garage & register!!

I had to wait 45 mins to check in, the rooms were tiny and not clean, the front desk had no clue about running a hotel, terrible experience will never stay here again

The staff were very welcoming. This is the only good thing about the hotel which I can mention. There were problems with the sink of our first room which couldn’t be fixed. The staff were very responsive and changed our room.

The hotel is very old. We stayed in three different rooms on the 6th floor, and all of them had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. During rain, water leaks into the hotel’s loggia, which is why bucket were placed under the ceiling. As a result, there was a noticeable moldy smell throughout the entire 6th floor.Based on feedback from our colleagues and issues on other floors, such as mice in one room on the 2nd floor and cockroaches in rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor, the conditions on the 6th floor seemed comparatively more acceptable. However, overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

We didn't expect much because of the previous reviews but this was the only affordable option we had left because we booked late. The staff we got barely spoke English, but they were very friendly. The location was nice

We only got 2 small towels for a 4 night, 5 day stay and not once did they come to clean our room. I had to clean our bathroom and sweep the floor myself because it was very dirty. The TV was a tiny monitor and the whole establishment and rooms are very rundown. All the furniture was broken down, chipped and/or ripped. There is zero soundproofing so don't expect to get any sleep once the trams start running in the morning

It was near the bus stop. The staff were friendly.

Beds were broken I’m pretty sure. The aircon wasn’t working either.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and garage, and of course the price. The staff is fine.

The room is very neglected, the cleanliness is average. We stayed for 6 days and they didn't change our towels even once, we got one roll of toilet paper so we bought it. Sound insulation disaster, thank god I had earplugs. Breakfast very minimalistic - bread, marmalade and salami. We travel a lot but this is the worst hotel so far.

Staff was great and the location was great too..

If the floor was more clean it could be great for my kids.

Property had a great location

No directions on how to access the property/private car park. Multiple codes to access parking/lift etc - Was not provided. Car park is an additional price (approx 13 euros per day)

Staff nice and responsive, room spacious and clean, location excellent for those who need to take (an early a.m.) bus from Nice Vauban bus station (like us).

Parking was in the same building so you can go directly to your floor from there

The bathroom floor is honestly terrible. It’s old and moldy

The distance from the tram which was ideal and they offered parking at an extra cost of 13.50 euro per night

The cleanliness, the shower curtain didn’t close properly and the water from shower would go all over the floor, the room and toilet just smelt old, it was dark with little lighting and the beds creaked every small movement made so woke up numerous times during the night.

Air conditioning was set by the building, and was a bit warm for the city in the summer.

Easy access to city center by tramway and clean property with kind staff.

The A/C of the room was out of order and there was no other room available to move. In the burning heat of August this was a great disappointment upon our arrival.. thankfully the ladies in the reception provided us with fans and we managed to sleep overnight. Other than that it was a satisfying stay.
