It was close to the train station and downtown. Great hotel!

Great location; close to train station and local restaurants. Friendly and helpful front desk person. Clean with a renovated bathroom with shower.

Room was very small albeit we had a nice balcony with two chairs.

Air con not cold enough, dirty, towel too old, room small, noisy at night, no boiler, no coffee

It is located not far from the train station „ Nice Ville“, a roughly 5-8min walk to the tram station „Gare Thier“, and a 15-20 min walk to the beach. The beds were quite comfortable !

We had a room for 3 people, one single bed and a double bed. The bathroom did not had enough room to put makeup bags !

Overall, the hotel didn't meet my expectation. But great location near the Train Station

We booked two rooms since I was traveling with my children. Unfortunately, one of the rooms was located in a separate building next to the main hotel, requiring us to go outside to access it—which was inconvenient and not what I expected. I requested a room change, which a staff member kindly assisted us with. However, I was later surprised and disappointed to see that we were charged a fee for the change.The next day, I spoke with a manager to explain the situation. While one of the managers was polite and professional, the other—who was at the front desk—was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. That interaction was very upsetting.Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations and did not match the impression given by the pictures online. I left feeling very disappointed with the experience.

The property was really nice and the location was perfect. Close to the train station and to the shopping street. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Walls a little thin

Location is great near train station and very near main square.Room was very clean and staff is great and super kind.Bathroom only is really small or maybe we just got that room but its not a big deal.

Although quite small, the room was stylishly and recently decorated..and spotlessly maintained every day.Locationgreat for station.

It was a great experience. Good management/ staff and excellent value for money. The location right next to the train station was a big plus.

I prefer every time to leave nice FEEDBACK ,but here is not the case ,because on the second night the bed was broken ,and the receptionists helped me only with lifting the silk above saying that: it's not that serious.?To which promising that the 2nd day we change our room ,and it was not to be !? do not recommend anyone to stay in this studio ,i hear upstairs neighbors when they talk, even the reception.It sucks ,sorry the workers have an attachment : JUST MAKE MONEY!

Location and comfort

The room for one person is quite small and no view(brick wall on the window)

Decent room with modern facilities, very well situated for Nice Ville station without it feeling like a railway station hotel, and a short walk from the tram stop taking you to the airport.

Little bit cramped, no English TV channels (plenty of Tunisian, Russian, German, Italian etc!), no tea/coffee facilities, and the plumbing in what is an old building woke me up every time the neighbouring rooms were using it! Carpets could probably do with shampoo as well.

Good location; clean; very friendly and helpful landlords. The hotel is fully recommended.

The mattresses may need to be changed. Last year stayed in an other room and i had no issues, so probably only in this room was a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed for 6 nights in a room with 3 triple beds. The room was nice and clean and it was great that the cleaning staff came in and emptied our trash and made our beds everyday. Also the location is 1000/10. It's close to the main train station (Nice-Ville) so it was easy for us to travel all around the French Riviera including Monaco. There is a monoprix (grocery store), uniqlo, and yummy food places by the train station which was a plus too.

As other reviews have said, the bathrooms is quite little. Our knees did touch the wall when we were sitting on the toilet, so we had to use the toilet sideways. Our sink base also leaked so we had to wrap the sink around with extra towels, but those were easy fixes. Free wifi was nice, but it did keep kicking us off of it every so often.

Friendly staff, good hotel, cleanness, good location, kitchenette with oven and fridge.The room was available much earlier than the standard check-in time, so we could leave our luggage in the room immediately and explore the city.

The extended sofa was ok, but not very even. The door of the fridge was a bit difficult to open.

Location was near to the Nice Culle railway station. Good value for money.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied. There was bread and cheese but no meats.

Noisy if you have neighbours,walls are not strong enough...a few things need to be repaired like in bathroom shower cabinet door or shutters...we couldn't close it, because it was one important thing was missing...it was windy...
