- The room was huge by European standards and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Their love for Ghent was obvious, and they eagerly shared their enthusiasm with us as guests.
- The staff was amazingly helpful. Gave us tips on train schedules, locations and tickets. Staff was very friendly and even made our 6 year feel comfortable. Hotel was in great location. Bakery right across the street, Starbucks right down the street.
Cons -
- The hotel is away from the city center. It's approximately a 45 minute walk, though frequent trams connect the hotel with the city center. It's an ideal place to stay, though, for an early morning train, which we had to take.
