- A note in the room indicated the hotel had complimentary toiletries in case guests forgot anything, but the front desk said the complimentary ones were out but the ones for sale were available. The hotel should prioritize on your advertised offers.

Bed en tv waren prima.
De kamer en badkamer waren gedateerd en niet schoon. Grote stofdraden in de hoeken van de kamer. Telefoon niet aangesloten, net als de fÃÂöhn. Ver weg van het centrum. Echter wel te bereiken met de tram (300 meter). We hebben niet gegeten in het hotel.
There was nothing to like. A total disappointment.
The bathroom was stinking. The AC is fixed at a particular temp and cannot be adjusted. The counter staff is rude. I cannot believe this is a four star property when there is no AC technician/ manager after 5pm or on weekends.

Very very far from what a 4* hotel should be... Beds very poor .. Woke up with back pain
Great rooms, world class staff, close to train station, getting to the historical part of town was simple, trolly #1, did I mention the staff was amazing, very helpful!

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly. Located next to IKEA... always a fun distraction and a yummy (and cheap!) cafe to boot. :)
Parking is available on site, but is not included with room... approximately 15/day.
