The location is awesome

We wanted to check out early and leave our bags with reception to see a museum before we left. There was no one at the desk at 8am, so we had to rush the museum to meet check out time

The hotel doesn't have a kitchen, hence there was no breakfast served. We requested the front desk staff to arrange an electrical kettle near the reception area so that the guests can fetch hot water to make tea or coffee in the room.

The hotel doesn't have adequate number of electrical kettles to make hot water.

Location is great on walking distance from the station.

The room smelled funky. The wall paper is coming off. The room was dark, maybe add some lights. The shower didn't become hot and is in need for maintenance

Great staff.The room looked like the pictures, and it's a wonderful location. Great price for the amenities. The free wifi was also very useful. I would definitely stay here again.

I needed to crack the window due to a slightly odd smell, but it wasn't a big deal.

Wallpaper came off every wall! Shower was dirty and had seals leaking or missing. Window didn’t close all the way so cold and street noise were a big factor.

The reception was so friendly and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more. I had questions all answered and helped.

I couldn’t get the shower warm but it wasn’t a big problem.

Excellent location, very close to a tram stop (the tram you get from the airport), many shops and restaurants around. Everything was max 10-15 minutes walk away. Very kind and helpful staff. The room was exactly as shown in the photos. Ours had no view, but we preferred it that way, because it was quiet.

The room is small the bathroom is even smaller. There was a spider in the bed. The wallpaper truly needs renovation and the room will serve to have better lights. The cleaning lady woke me up even with the sign in the door she knocked about 5 times and open the door. It was really annoyed. But the reception staff was super nice!

The location was perfect, a very short walk to the tram stop to come to and from the airport and within a 5 min walk of the Duomo. There is a great little bar across the street for morning coffee and an afternoon espresso! The room was comfortable and quiet.The staff were incredibly attentive and allowed me to store my luggage on my last day as I wasn’t leaving until the afternoon.

The room was fairly clean but noticed some areas needed further attention with a duster.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and lovely, making my trip to Rome truly wonderful. The room was cleaned every day and there was always someone immediately available to help when needed. The room was beautiful and clean, I hope to return here.

The location of the property was amazing.

There was mold in the bathroom, multiple peelings in the wallpaper. Also, the AC was not working in a very warm night and despite talking to the receptionist ahead of our departure for lunch, it was not fixed!

The location was perfect, right in the center, and the facilities were great. I really appreciated having a mini fridge in the room - I almost missed it at first because the lighting was quite dark! Towels were provided, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby

There were no small toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, or even soap. It wasn't a big problem for me since I had my own, but having at least a bar of soap would have been nice. The room was also a bit dark, and city noise could be heard at night.

Great location. Easy walk from the main train station and to all the major tourist sites. Right in the heart of the city so there was shopping, restaurants, and other stores easily accessible. The room has a refrigerator, which is nice..

The shower is impossibly small. The bathroom itself is huge, but there is a tiny prefab shower shoved in the corner.. It was nice that the room has a refrigerator, but I was traveling with medications and needed to put some ice packs in a freezer for my departure travel day and the hotel does not have a freezer per the front desk. Common areas are very worn out.

Location location location! Very very convenient hotel. 6 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station. Very centrally located. In the area you can find everything that you need! The staff was excellent! Very helpful and always with a smile! The room was in a very good condition, clean and it was very spacious. The bathroom was bright due to a window. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Florence!

The bedroom definitely needs more lighting and the bathroom needs some fixing (wallpapers and skirting boards). The pillows seemed to be old and were not comfortable, they need to be changed. Also if you are a light sleeper have in mind that because it is very centrally located, you can hear noise from outside and the other rooms. That wasn't a problem for us. Also it would have been nicer for this hotel to renovate the corridors as well. It wouldn't look so old.

Staff, service, excellent location, great wifi, the hall way is not yet renovated but the room ( up the first set of stairs/elevator on level 3 was fantastic! It’s in the heart of the city so there is city noise. That is not a fault- I love the hustle!! Fantastic stay! Awesome coffee over the road!

Loved it all!Would be an 11/10 if there was a kettle in the room to go with the bar fridge!!
