Helpful, friendly staff and a huge beautiful room with a large bathroom. Everything was clean and the location was terrific!

Need to provide better information upon arrival, it is very confusing and took us a while to determine which was the actual location. There is no sign in just a buzzer on a doorbell with many choices. Very confusing.

VERY small elevator and VERY slow.Very noisy sounds you hear from walls water draining. Lights within the room are VERY poor. Did not understand the Reception being very far inside making double efforts grabbing luggage through uneven ground.

The location is exceptional, the staff members are personable, and the breakfast service was satisfactory. My experience here was enjoyable.

Firstly, i had the (don’t disturb sign) on the door and left the room in the morning, when i got back to the room i noticed they entered the room anyway!! When i asked the reception why they entered while the sign on the door ! They said maybe the staff didn’t pay attention!!!! Second, Its feel not safe at all, specially the entrance, the lobby and reception is far away from the main entrance. I got a junior suite with with a balcony “river view” it was totally separated building far from the lobby with an entrance direct to the street, it felt scary at night to be honest specially with tight dark hallways leading to the room. Finally, my back back bag got stolen in front of the hotel from my car in the morning while we are around the car. And the staff reaction was strangely slow and provocative.

The lobby is really nice with a nice small bar. Location is perfect near the Woodbridge and shopping streets.

What a perfect location...within walking distance to see and experience alot! While the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff truly made our stay unforgettable.

The only negative for us was there was no ice machine, but the staff was able to send it to our room.

The first room given was with a terrible smell of sewage. But when we talked to the reception they upgraded our room that was nice.

GREAT location! Close to Ponte vecchio and all the best shopping.

Upon check in, the staff was explaining the terms and payments that would be done after checking out (parking, extra fees, etc). However, for some reason the staff completely skipped to explain the part of the car service fees which is 12€ every time we ask for the car and only mentioned the 40€ per night. So, the next day when we asked for the car, they demanded the 12€ (which they never mentioned upon check in) and then the staff member said that they will waive off this 12€ since no one explained it to us earlier. However, upon check out another staff member was so rude while we are trying to explain the situation to her and said that the 12€ will not be waived and that we will have to pay it anyways, despite the unclear instructions which is obviously the mistake of the reception staff upon check in. The way the staff treated us was so disrespectful and rude.

Love the location, the room, the hotel courtyard, th breakfast was excellent.

There was a shower door broken so they hung up a shower curtain for half the shower

AMAZING! They upgraded us to a beautiful suite and it was truly the most stunning view of the river.

Amazing location, great and welcoming staff and super view on Firenze from the room window. The breakfast was also really good, and we checked the terrace they have with more great views of the city.

Great facilities, location, room. Very clean. Very good continental breakfast selection. Very courteous staff. The hotel is right by the Arno River at the centre of Florence two it is extremely easy to reach anywhere you might want to.

Staff (aside from the luggage carrier) were cold and rude. Not even close to a four star hotel. Breakfast average at best. Walls were thin, could hear everything from other guests. Would not stay again.

Wonderful location on the Arno. The only bad thing was that there was construction in the street which made it difficult to navigate rental car to get luggage, not hotel’s fault. The breakfast was Outstanding!!!! Such a variety and healthy offerings as well as prosecco and OJ for mimosas. Can’t say enough about it. Rooms were large, nice shower, black out curtains.

The hotel located right at the center and a walking distance from most of the main attractions and stores. Staff was helpful and very accommodating, rooms are nice but can be a bit small but still great value for money.

Breakfast wasn’t that great
