Hotel Palazzo Ognissanti

The AC of my room was not working. I asked to change but hotel refuse to find me another room. They moved us to another hotel which is very far away from the train station. Finally i cost us 10 euro to hire the taxi to train station once we checked out.

Great location and cleab

This was not a 4 star hotel. It was very outdated and should be downgraded to a 3 star

The location was perfect. The room was very clean, and the size was just right. We even had a private balcony! The breakfast buffet was satisfactory and lastly, the staff was really helpful.

The hotel is more basic than basic. The rooms need a major overhaul. The walls in the room had scuff marks and stains where someone had obviously spilled coffee. The bathroom was an absolute nightmare. The shower stall was so tiny, there was no space to move. The shower head was installed so high you couldn’t reach it and it was not adjustable. Had to stand in the shower stall with the doors closed and turn the shower on or the bathroom floor would have been soaked. There were no additional electrical outlets other than those for the lamps in the room so to charge our devices we needed to unplug the lamps and plug in our devices. No facilities to charge devices in the room or anywhere in the hotel.

The property is within walking distance fromthe train station and the city center, there are also restaurants and stores right outside. The room was clean and big enough to open our big suitcases, our fare included breakfast and it was really good, the had scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, croissants, ham, fresh veggies, etc, would definitely stay here, the staff that checked us in and out were very kind and helpful.

The furniture might be a bit outdated and the bathroom is a bit small as well but everything was very clean! Overall there were no issues with this hotel, this is a good choice ?!

The location of this hotel was perfect - close to everything and a 5 min walk to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best experienced in Italy

The trash truck with the loud noise at 6 every morning.

Rooms were clean, decently sized, breakfast was decent too. would recommend for a short stay.

Pillows could have been a little more supportive for the neck. thought they were too soft.

The walls are made of paper, you can hear everything around you. They’re having a construction right next to my room that was terrible all full of dust, super lound and the shower was terrible.

The room we received was not the same as the photos shown on the website. The room given to us was in the attic, without a coffee or tea maker, and there was no Wi-Fi available. When we asked about internet, we were told to go to the lobby because the rooms had no Wi-Fi.The reception staff were unhelpful – every time we asked a question, the answer was simply “I don’t know.”Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Getting to the most iconic and tourist-friendly spots in the city was easy, fast, and convenient.Every service offered was top-quality and made my trip so much more enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. It was one of the highlights of my trip, and I’m truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Rooms small and bathrooms, no coffee maker in the room for 4 stars hotel!

The hotel is a short walk from the main train station, right downtown in Florence. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The elevator was accessible for moving luggage up to the room.

The only problem I had was that the outlets in the room required a 3-pronged EU adapter, with a ground post between the typical EU-style prongs. This is different than the standard EU adapter, and I did not have one with and was unable to charge my devices until I got back to the airport. I was able to use my adapters at the airport, so perhaps the hotel has an older-style adapter?

Clean, big and comfortable room. Very good breakfast.

At night outside is a little dirty and dark

Worst property likely like less than a 1 star . Location was ok , but rude receptionists . Picture described in booking . Com not the right one . Out dated door with key ,can’t tell if open or close . Bathroom don’t have space to turn during shower , bugs sound . Will never book again

Nothing good about it . 2 kids and parents gave room on diff floor , charged 400 dollar almost a night for bugs outdated room and sound of some construction all night

I like the location because you can go by walk true the center,and breakfast was solid.The stuff was kind.

We didnt like the facilities,with old furniture and old metres.In bathroom the cabine was too small.No space for stuff,closet was too small and old.It was not clean enough!

Too bad the AC is off, beacuse its only springtime and 25 °C. The wifi doesnt work.

A small walk from the train station, friendly staff, good breakfast and a nice stroll to the main center.

The bathroom was a little on the small side and there was some work going on where a lot of noise was coming from the working trucks very early in the morning.
