The tv wasn’t working, but we were not staying in the room, so didn’t care much about it. And the room was really dark, more lighting would be better.

Location, staff.

The staff was remarkable and I really appreciated the complimentary mini bar. The hotel is wonderful and beautiful. Highly recommend

The lobby smells bad everyday even I didn’t at breakfast in the hotel because it smells sewage but in the room the room smells nice

We loved everything about this property- location- design-comfort-value. The room’s high ceiling made the space feel even more spacious. We had a courtyard room and loved walking through a cozy alfresco area. The staff gave us a very personal experience and made us feel at home. The room had everything we needed for our stay and the bed was super comfortable.

The location is nice, walkable to a lot of places. Staff is friendly. Like how they gave us complimentary sparkling water and still water along with some snacks.

Overall hotel is very clean but we stayed for 6 nights and got food stained on the bed sheets on our 2nd or 3rd day cause we sat on the bed and snacked. Still noticed the stain was there after housekeeping so it looked like they only made the bed but didn’t change the sheets which was a bit disappointing. By the last day, surface gets dusty and sheets gets more gross. For the price paid per night, would expect more than just making the bed. Overall we were still very happy with our stay.

Breakfast was good but below Italian standard, the temp in room cant be controlled and was very hot every night and we had trouble sleeping.

A bit tight bathroom with not much room for storing items. Few mold spots or mold -like spots noted on the wall in the main bedroom.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Although it was advertised as a hotel, in reality, the concept felt more like apartments within a hotel, but this did not affect the quality of the stay in any way. Inside, there is a charming little courtyard that enhances the overall impression and perfectly matches the Florentine style. The rooms were exceptional, decorated in the architectural style of Florence. Cleanliness, comfort, and all the necessary amenities were provided — in the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom — everything was of a very high standard.There are absolutely no negative comments, only the most positive ones. The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the city centre and 10 minutes from the railway station. There were some construction works on the street outside, but this did not affect the quality of our stay — if anything, it shows that in the future, the area around the hotel will be even better arranged.The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They welcomed us at a time outside of their regular working hours, making an exception for us, which we greatly appreciated. They explained everything regarding the stay as well as travel tips for Florence. Several times, they proactively offered assistance to make our stay and our visit to Florence even more comfortable. A big compliment to the hosts and the staff!Just Excellent! We travelled through several cities, including Milan, Rome, and Venice, and even stayed at well-known brand hotels, but this hotel made our stay in Italy brighter, more colourful, and the most comfortable of all four hotels we experienced.

Construction & Creepy Vibes

Lobby closes early, causing you to use creepy back hall way.Lots of construction, directly in front of hotel and on entire street. When raining Loud sounds of rain, as if it's in the room.

This hotel was in a good location and was nice inside! We were only here for one night so probably didn’t get the full experience but can say that it was still quite nice. The rooms and bathrooms were quite spacious.We were in a 2 bedroom (the room in the photo is the second room so the main one is much bigger I just didn’t get a photo) Overall very clean.Note there is stairs in the apartment.

At this current time there is road works going on in front of it but once done will be great

Beautiful property, modern facilities, huge bed. We were helped by Navy on arrival who was very helpful. Lots of extra touches in the room.

Busy roadworks right outside the property - obviously not the fault of the hotel, but worth knowing about.

The location is perfect, a 2 min walk from the museum which houses David and just 5 mins to the cathedral. The hotel is wonderfully quiet and calm and the staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend!

The property was absolutely perfectly located in Florence, you can truly walk anywhere.Emily, one of the staff members, greeted us on our arrival and she was so welcoming, took time to offer recommendations of local restaurants and activities.

Perfect location, next to all visiting places. Very clean, helpful staff. Hotel is in the city centre but there is very silent inside.

This was a great place to set up for a Florence visit. The location was great, walkable to much of the city within 20 mins. The room was very comfortable and had all that we needed. A real highlight was the staff, who were all very helpful and accomodating. Every evening there are complimentary glasses of Prosecco available and we were provided with extra bottles of water whenever requested. Great place to stay!

The only thing that would’ve been great to have was the sun window on the roof which wasn’t working in our room. Without that window we had no natural lighting, but the rest of our stay was amazing!!
