Amazing location, beautiful view

We never got any vouchers for breakfast food, a key for the door to the street

The location is excellent

The heating and television don't work in the room, and the room needs maintenance.

Location. At the center of the city, everything is a 15 min walk or less.

The bathroom isn’t vented unless you open the window, thus, mold is present on the ceiling.

The location was amazing and very handy, right next to cathedral and Duomo and walking distance from all the sightseeing things

We got to the hotel and our keys were left on the reception desk with a post it note (no staff anywhere to be seen) then we couldn’t find our room as our room number 106 wasn’t anywhere to be seen, we then saw stairs which said “privato” and I had the idea to check up there just incase our room was there, which it was but it was a room that said “privato” and didn’t have a room number on but had a post it note that said “106” so we realised it must be our room even though it was no where near the other rooms. When we got into the room, it looked different to the pictures and wasn’t half as nice as advertised. It seemed like it was a room for staff or something as on that floor was all private rooms for storage etc. The room was ok and had a TV that had Netflix and Amazon prime but couldn’t log in and the TV remove wasn’t working so had to take batteries out of another remote in the room for it to work and the TV kept not working and crackling. When we showered, the tap of the shower fell off and we struggled to re attach it to shower. Also, there was a towel pinned to the window in the shower which looked messy. Everything else was ok, until the morning in which we were woken up at 6am by church bells from the duamo (not the hotels fault) and loud music and banging coming from what seemed like a gym beneath us. This continued on and off from 6am until 9am and then after that the work being done on the scaffolding started so we didn’t sleep well. Overall the hotel is ok but could definitely do with improvements, staff and clearer instructions. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it though. I will say the location was perfect though.

It was close to the duomo and the train station

They have us the room later that the check in hour, our room smelled like a bathroom the whole time, it was awful and she we told them they did nothing, and the internet kept failing.

There was a big hole on the wall!! It was super cold! And there werent even batteries in the remotcontrol! I asked then several times but they didnt care! I got a bad cold!!!!! Never stay here! Nightmare!

In the heart of Firenze less than a minute walk from the cathedral. It was close to my point of encounter for my touscan tour. Close to the museums

Nothing everything was perfect

The place was clean and spacious, with a perfect central location. Everything was within a 5–10 minute walk, making it super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here!

It was very nice and clean, a few steps to Duomo, many places near the apt, I fully recommend.

Just you need to use the stairs to get to the room, but out of there everything perfect.

Location was amazing, just steps from the duomo. It was excellent for accessing the major sites.The property is undergoing some construction to the outside facade which was not mentioned in the description. The room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable and clean but we had no storage for clothing and items for a family of four. Despite being in a busy area, there was no street noise, but there was a lot of noise coming from the other rooms and sometimes late at night. You could hear people rolling in their suitcases and making quite a bit of noise as they were checking in quite late. The shower was clean with lots of hot water but the bathroom lacked storages for basic items. We stayed in room 102 and the air conditioning didn’t work great but they gave us a fan and that helped tremendously. The view from our room was quite awful, we kept the window closed so it felt a little dark. The staff was responsive but requested that I pay cash for the city/local tax, they eventually agreed to let me pay by credit card. the staff was very responsive. We never saw anyone at the reception area but communicated via WhatsApp When we checked out we were able to store our luggage until we left.

Juste the location in Florence !

we stayed for several days without ever seeing anyone at reception. A ghost office, no cleaning done, no towel change, if you need toilet paper, go and help yourself at reception. Shower room in a pitiful state, exposed wires from the VMC visible, no cover, toilet mechanism that holds as it can and does not always work. Add to that the noisy external air conditioning motors, the non-existent soundproofing from room to room, in short, only the location in the heart of Florence is interesting, but it is absolutely not worth that price!

The proximity of the flat to the Duomo.

There was no lift from the ground floor. The chair lift started after the first flight of stairs

Rooms look better on photos. Shower head come off, dark room. Not hovered carpets. Breakfast not at the accommodation.

Air conditioning is not working

We entered the room to find that it smelled ofSmoke. The room was also very dirty. We immediately left the room And messaged the host hoping for a new room. We reached out to the host at 2:15 pm who did not respond for 9 hours. It was 11:30 pm when they responded telling us to move to their other hotel. I had already found another hotel as I could not stay on the street. Hotel willNot refund any monies. Do not stay here!!!!!!!Ps. Posting allGuest names and confidential info on the desk for all to see is a serious breach of confidentiality and privacy laws.

The staff, the lack of cleanliness, the lack of confidentiality.The lack of responses from the host. The don’t care I have your money attitude.

Location was great and very central, especially as we were only staying one night. Communication was good too - when I had questions they were answered very quickly.

Nothing specific I didn’t like. We stayed in a quadruple room for family.

The bedding felt a bit old, and when I found an extra pillow I wanted to use, it was in a closet that had dust.

Central location

Air conditioner didn’t work well, noisy with renovations, room too small for 4 people. Breakfast repetitive and simple and unhealthy.
