The staff, the room, the breakfast, the spa, it was very nice!

If anything, it is just a bit far from the heart of old Florence, but we knew it before coming.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is maintained very well. Cleaning is of a very high standard. Really lovely spa area. Great breakfast.

Its about a 30 minutes walk from the center so being good on your feet is important.

Great hotel for a small vacation. Parking is availiable onsite and hotel is located just otside the ZTL, so we had no problems with that. The room wasn't spacious, but it was quiet and comfy. Walking distance to main city attractions and 1 minute walk frome Opera house.

The Moon is situated about 15-20 minutes from central Florence, however it is next to a team and bus station which makes it easy for those who prefer public transport. Breakfast was delicious, and our room had a sauna and whirlpool. The bed was comfortable.

Beautiful,quiet hotel, off the beaten track.Polite and helpful staff.Breakfast was a bit awkward, there was a small buffet and you had to place an order for the rest. Of course it was fresh, made on the spot.

The rooms were clean and beautiful. The lift worked well. The beds were comfortable.

The AC went off at times during the day. The location is a little further from the Duomo.

If the location is 9.8 than the facility is 10 and the service is 10+10!!!This is a shame I can’t use my regular vocabulary because the hotel team is f$&@ing a million out of ten! Bogdan is a rock star of service!!! Everything in this place is made to perfection!!

Everything was great about the hotel. I can't say enough great things about it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the spa was so relaxing and so nice, most of all it was clean (this is high priority for me, I am an inspector). The breakfast was delicious, they had a breakfast bar with cold cuts and amazing desserts and we were also allowed to order from a fresh prepared "hot" menu. Thank you for your hospitality Moon Boutique!

The showers were not convenient, especially for someone who isn't considered "small".

We didn't use the spa/saunas. Who'd use them in the middle of the summer with outside temperatures reaching 38C

The entire hotel is amazingly clean, the staff is very polite and it has a good security feature also, you can open the hotel door using your card, breakfast was simple but delicious with some paid options on the menu but main ones are free, and the buffet is very good

We really loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about where to go and visit and always had a taxi ready for us to go anywhere. We truly appreciated the security as well, the card to enter twice made us feel very safe and comfortable. We walked two blocks to a nightclub and came home very late and there was always staff available 24hrs a day.

No washcloths nor loofahs available.

How beautiful and clean the property is. Staff is amazing. The spa was definitely a bonus. Lots of choices for breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again!

Only bad thing was that our room was on the first floor and the room above was really loud when they walked.

The suite was amazing and parking on site. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Spa was very nice and the included breakfast and complimentary water and treats were great.

Just a little softer of a mattress, but that is preference.

Clean, safe, and had a spa and full breakfast included. It is also right on the tram line.

We liked the breakfast room and being able to have a drink in the afternoon.

I had to book an extra night and when I called I was told I would have to do it online. I requested the extra room online and was granted it but was unable to respond - my phone didn't send the email - and we ended up in a different room the first night, which cost more. That was frustrating.
