The location to Ponte Vecchio, the View of the water/river. The room was very nice.

The doorways are not for people 6ft or taller.

Very old but well kept. In the center of the city near the river. Perfect location for walking around Florence.

Centrally located, spacious common area, excellent restaurant food, professional & friendly staff.

Single room is a bit cramped, not enough space at the sink area.

The size of the room which was very large and the zen decor, the comfortable sofa, the fresco painted ceiling (see photo)The walk on a balcony on the side of an small inside courtyard to get to the room is different, but it could be less pleasant getting outside to get to the room when it is cold.The small bathroom is nice and modern. The breakfast buffet has plenty of almost everything you might want. Even if the eating space seems large it could be crowded. The staff is very efficient to update the buffet and cleaning the tables. There is also prosecco available.

The entrance on the street isn’t the real entrance, you have to carry the luggage through an open courtyard to finally get to the hotel entrance and the front desk. Nobody to help for luggage at the street entrance.The walk (almost a winding path) to the only old slow elevator which is really not friendly. The door of the bathroom didn’t close properly.The last day the cleaning team did the bed but put only half of the face towels, didn’t take away the trash and clean the coffee cups, didn’t leave drinking water, we could live with it the last evening but the next morning we realized that only the same latte coffee was left, no espresso, and we realized there was no more soap in the shower.In the breakfast room there was only one coffee machine and the line could be long to get the coffee, not fun also if you are stuck in the few tables in that small area.After looking at the exit path in case of fire we realized that the exit was on the other side of the courtyard and if there was a fire we might not make it since our room was at the other end of the exit.

Nice and clean room, fine breakfast.

The ventilation system is excessively noisy, and the rooms suffer from poor sound insulation. There was no functional standing shower, as the shower hose must be held by hand to operate properly. The gym is severely outdated and unequipped.

Location, the room size, and the supportive staff. Specifically Mr. Salah, supported me a lot during my stay, specially in setting the car valet.

Must pass by an outdoor area in freezing weather within the hotel if u want to eat at the restaurants.

Clean, great location, stellar breakfast, even helped us with an on the go breakfast when we had an early excursion. They arranged taxis a couple times.

The chicken nuggets and burger on the room service menu were not good at all.

We stayed for 5 nights in a suite room with river view. The room was perfect allowing us to spread out and relax. You can't beat the location central to all the main attractions. The breakfast was very good offering a wide variety of choices all of good quality. The staff was friendly and attentive even offering umbrellas when needed. I would definitely return to this hotel. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Big room

Many rooms don’t have windows, only glass in main door to corridor. Absolutely cheating. Parking is very far from hotel, I wait 47min at reception when person will deliver my car. Breakfast food is cheap.YouTube on TV not working, because connect is bad. Strange management, they has all for make 4 stars good hotel but small cost economy destroyed good potential.

Staff working breakfast were NOT friendly.

Location is best, hotel is very nice, rooms are very clean, staff is very helpful. I would go again.

Prices needs to be little less (25% at least).. Wifi signal was not reaching to our room.

All aspects of this Hotel is great; Location, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast.
