Flom boutique hotel

We were told to stay at another hotel because of plumbing issues. We were told about this change as we checked in and the other hotel was across town.

OLD AND RUN DOWN--- FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY ARE CHARGING THEY SHOULD BE DOING MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

It was quiet the breakfast was so great, the details in room were spot on-a perfect place to stay-walkable location-would bookAgain!

Everything was fantastic. Possibly the most helpful staff of anywhere I ever traveled. We arrived early and they checked us right in.

The only complaint is they need a shelf in the shower so you don't have to put things like shampoo, soap, razor on the shower floor.

All was perfect the staff are more than friendly the location is perfect and near to the metro which u can move to any city in less than 1 or 2 hours

Nothing was wrong

The front staff was amazing and very accommodating, especially the tall beautiful Cuban young lady at the front desk. I had to cancel a night stay and they refund my money which was really nice.

There's not to dislike about this hotel.

Clean, nice location, receptionist Edwardo was the best of all. He was a very friendly, polite, helpful. If I go back to Florence will go there .

Very clean and modern hotel interior, our room was very nice with good quality furnishings, linen and towels. During our stay the room was warm at night, and the A/C was seasonal, however the staff brought a fan to the room. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful to our requests. The breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of options. We would definitely stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

The hotel is new or renovated, the room was large and spacious and well equipped.Very helpful and nice staff.Great selection of breakfast.

The way to the hotel is narrow and crowded - the good thing is that it's only 5 min.The street itself didn't feel very safe, but it is only few minutes to the center.

The staff is exceptional! Edwardo and Andrew were the first to greet us and were always willing to help/make recommendations.

The property was clean and comfortable. It had a great breakfast! The staff was friendly and helpful!

Not a complaint- just a suggestion. Breakfast starts at 7:30. As many tours are booked for early slots, it would be nice to start breakfast by 7 am

The staff are really amazing. The food variety for breakfast is good.

Breakfast time is from 7:30-10:30 am . If you are in vacation with very long hot day i would prefer to push the breakfast time from 8-11 am ..

It’s decent, clean, and the location is very good.The morning staff were nice and helpful.

The soundproofing was not greatI waited for a long while to do the check-in because there was no one at the reception, and the staff member was alone and busy with other things on upper floors, so he didn’t even know i was there! He got a bit snobby when i told him i was waiting for a while, and it was a heated argument. Later he realized he shouldn’t have done and said what he did, and indirectly started apologizing and came around nicer and he also tried to help even more to compensate the unwelcoming beginning.

The hotel was better than expected. The location is perfect. It's near to the main train station and the old city. The breakfast was very good. You can find something to eat for sure. The room was good and modern, and in our case, the space was ok. The wifi connection was perfect. The staff was friendly and happy to support all the time.

One small thing I need to mention is that the hairdryer was so useless. Replacing it with a better option will be a positive point for the hotel. Luckily we had our own with us, so that's how we managed it.
