- Our room was tiny - which I expected - but it was even smaller than I imagined. It was very hard to get around the bed and access my belongings. Perhaps the furniture could be rearranged or smaller? Also there were not plugs at the bedside for charging.

Location is amazing!! Staff are very helpful, sweet and speak great English.
The water wasn¿t hot while we were there which we were told was Florence-wide but our hotel the next night had perfectly hot water. Pillows were hard. Breakfast was a bit limited but Italian breakfast is.
