Location was the only thing I liked

Room not clean. There was used soap in the shower. Room was hot unable to adjust temperature to my preference. Check in staff mid day was amazing. Check out male at 5 am was the rudest person I. Met in Italy

Location of the hotel is excellent.

It was the most complete hotel during my stay in Europe. We had everything we needed in the room. Also good breakfast.

The hotel has a very convenient location, just a short distance from the Firenze train station, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options. The staff were very friendly

The hotel does not have an elevator, so guests need to carry large luggage up the stairs, which can be quite challenging

The location is perfect.

A lot of noise in the early morning. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was the simplest. The breakfast was minimal.

The hotel is in the heart of downtown Florence. Very close to Academia and Duomo.

We had a first floor room and the street bustle was very loud late into the night and the morning noise of delivery trucks started early.

Price!!!! Breakfast was minimal at best , bathroom floor was sticky

This small hotel is close to the main train station and walking distance from all the touristic places in Florence. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and it's safe to walk around. The breakfast is simple but well appreciated since it's included. Excellent staff and great service!

Location, very close to Ferienz S M railway station, restaurant, walking to every major attraction.

Room size, no refrigerator, and food choice at the time of breakfast, need more food option.

Beds and pillows are comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

A lot of noise coming from the window! The window face a busy street and the windows it’s not exactly sound proof. The shower is not very good, it doesn't have much water pressure.

Its right at the heart of the market place. So even in the night it remains busy and noisy.No elevator

Great location, short walk from the train station family of 4 and dragging 4 luggages, hotel staff were very friendly they helped us carry our luggage to the 1st floor (2nd floor for US) and tips where to eat. Kids loved the breakfast that was offered by the hotel. We were so close to everything that we came back to the hotel to rest and walk back out again, Our walk back to the train station was easier now that we know to take the tunnels so we dont have to worry about crossing the streets to get to the train station.

No elevators, good thing it was double L shaped stairs so you can take a break when climbing and much safer when carrying your luggage.

Excellent location. Close to pretty much everything you would need to visit in Florence. Haven’t taken any bus/taxi within the city at all. Everything is within walking distance. Staff are responsive and willing to help.

We’re situated at the ground floor, ventilation and noice was a problem as it’s just next to busy streets. The bathroom was always full of smell of bleach with constantly wet floor. Please note there’s no kettle provided in the room (which we expect it was a basic for hotels), staff would provide hot water upon asking but it will still be more handy to have one in room. Random insects flying around the room but to be fair could be because we’re on the ground floor.

Room was clean and facilities were nice. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple and good. Location is excellent.

Room had a cigar stench that could not be removed during all the stay.No lift, it is a nightmare to move luggage around
