- We paid for 3 nights and they told us they only had us for one night so we had to book another place last minute for two nights
- Cleanliness of hotel, staff was rude and unhelpful, bed was uncomfortable, musty smell, window had view of concrete wall, room was nothing like advertised pictures online.
- The view from the windows was of plumbing pipes and the shower was tiny.

Staff/hospitality, location, cleanness
The hotel is a bit dated but all features are well thought-out
Included breakfast was perfect for a quick morning coffee and bite before we headed out. We booked a room for 4 people and were given two adjoining rooms upon check-in. The staff was excellent, accommodating and helpful¿reservations & recommendations.
The rooms we had were a bit dated and not the remodeled ones shown in the pictures, but comfortable and clean¿we had no issues.
Modern decor and location
The bed was hard and I didn¿t sleep well.
Location to train station is great and to the Duomo too. My room was very spacious and clean.

The weather was warm and we couldn't cool the room down. Opening the Windows helped but let in the mosquitoes.
The proximity to the train station made this an ideal hotel. Extremely walkable to all of the major sites in the city.
