Hotel Lungarno - Lungarno Collection

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff was top notch. We were told by others that this was THE hotel to stay at in Florence and it exceeded all expectations.

Best hotel breakfast we have experienced. Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic family rooms.

Even though our windows were closed we could hear everything on the street below, as if we were actually outside, and we were on the 6th floor! Very noisy at night, from 4/4.30 am street cleaning and heavy traffic started and at night yelling and ambulances etc were heard. We slept there for 4 nights and every night was disturbed unfortunately. Otherwise a lovely hotel!

This is always a haven right in the center of Florence, but tucked against the river and very quaint in feel. The ultimate boutique hotel feeling pervades... Beautiful decor, amazing staff, esp. Paulo, Lorenzo and the wonderful team at the front for offering exceptional service. They are all a class act!

The gym is a little small, but grateful they have one!!

Stunningly beautiful property on an Amalfi cliff side overlooking the water and coastline.

The location is outstanding - short walk to Ponte Vecchio from where you can reach all the major sites in Florence on foot. The hotel is upscale and boasts its own Michelin-starred restaurant, which we enjoyed. By far the best part was the spectacular view from our balcony - of the river Arno and Ponte Vecchio, esp. at sunset. Breakfast was great, too!

The rooms are a bit small - even though we were able to mange to fit everything in, for the high price we paid, one would have expected more space.

Peaceful, tranquil, fashionable oasis within walking distance of Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and Uffizi gallery. After a long day of sightseeing, great place to relax and unwind.

The barrier on the tub did little to keep water from splashing on the floor. It was gross to step on a wer towel everyday. I was really surprised they designed it this way.

The location and the view were amazing and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It was our birthdays and they arranged balloons and as requested a mini cake and bottle of Sancere our favourite wine. Everything from the deadheading of the flowers to the folding of the base of the curtains was meticulous. The rooms were serviced twice a day it was just divine.

Everything was so expensive, but it was 5 star so to be expected. It was disappointing that the roof top terrace was closed as we were looking forward to meals and evening drinks there.

The friendliness of the staff, comfort and location. Everything was superb!

This hotel is low key but fabulous

The only small minis are the tourists who enter the courtyard to have a view of the river. They congregate there and it’s a bummer.

Excellent food at the hotel. Staff very friendly and warm. The concierge helped organise our stay and things to do whilst in Florence, as well as fantastic restaurant recommendations. Hotel location is fantastic, some great views of Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to many of the cities attractions (it's a small city so can get to most places on foot).

Shower water temperature was slightly tricky, as well as water pressure being very low.
