Near to every thing in Florence, the staff was amazing , and we like almost everything in the hotel.

There’s a lot of sound from outside , the glass dosen’ shut the viices, so any one scream u will hear it, i wake everyday from the screaming of drunk people at night.

It was in a great location; we were able to walk to all the major sites and restaurants. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations for restaurants. The overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel was 5 star quality.

Lolcation

Breakfast buffet was terrible not as advertized. Stayed at a 5 star hotel in Rome Spending Royal for a cheaper price, much better accommodations and food. Made Helvetia &Bristol look like a motel 6. Very dissapointING for the money.

- some extras seem overpriced such as airport transfer or if you need to buy swimwear in the SPA- breakfast menu is charging for simple extras like porridge or slices of avocado even if breakfast is included in room rate

I did not have breakfast - though it was included in the price. But some members of my family did, and they said it was very good.Everything else was absolutely perfect. And the location is outstanding.

Possibly the room service prices - though I didn't order anything, just saw the prices!

The staff were the most attentive of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A special mention goes to Silvia, who coordinated all the logistics and purchases to make a birthday celebration truly memorable. The spa was wonderfully relaxing as well, with great rates available for residents.

An absolutely wonderful hotel in every respect. Impeccable service. Fantastic location. We had a Junior Suite. We've stayed at many fine hotels around the world. Our short stay at the Helvetia & Bristol was truly one of the most memorable of them all. Many thanks to the hotel team.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff in particular were exceptional, especially those at the concierge desk who I emailed several times in advance of our stay, to prebook restaurants and taxis for our family group - they were so kind and helpful. The hotel is luxurious and elegant with a kind of laid back vibrancy which felt perfect. I’d definitely recommend!

Very attentive staff. All very polite, welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean hotel. Perfectly located in the heart of Florence, ideal for sightseeing and dining. Also located in a high end shopping area but also a short walking distance to all the leather and gold shops.

The breakfast buffet was limited on choice but they do also have an a la carte menu.

I can’t say enough about this hotel! Beautiful from top to bottom. The rooms were luxurious and the staff was super helpful. The spa is a great escape from all the walking and crowds. It’s perfectly located to walk to all of the sites. The breakfast was 10/10.

location is decent, staff was very helpful and courteious and well trained. They really mad the effort despite the physical aspects of hotel which are poor.

room was very very and very small. Shower was so small that it was hard to turn aound without hitting the walls. two peopkle cannot walk around the bed. Very dark and dungeon type. not enough areas in common area to lounge since room is so small. there is a small lobby which is dark and walls are awful colored. Very unappealing.

True 5 star luxury hotel great attention to detail with fantastic location too we were celebrating a special anniversary and the hotel left us a bottle of fizz and chocolate desert so kind all staff went out of their way to help you and always smiling
