Restaurant overpriced and very average. Would not suggest a meal here other than included breakfast. Lunch was expensive and not worth it if half the price. Get restaurant list from concierge and try the suggested ones. They were good

Fantastic location near most important sites and good restaurants. Great rooms, tastefully decorated and very confortable. The staff is most competent and nice. Our stay was excellent

Beautiful room with extra comfy bed, well equipped bathroom and loads of extras. The restaurant was very light and airy with a wonderful breakfast and the Artemesia bar was warm and cosy. Brilliant gym. Most of all, friendly helpful staff.

The hotel has a perfect location in downtown Florence close to many amazing attractions It is very clean the breakfast is excellent and the reception staff are extremely welcoming with a warm friendly smile

Nothing serious but I think the concierge team needs some training to be more polite and to show more willingness to assist new guests and respect their needs I would also suggest bringing in some new enthusiastic staff members who are eager to excel in their roles

The hotel is great! The room and bathroom both are spacious , with a lot of room to store clothes. Also the concierge and the front desk are AMAZING. They booked us tickets for museums! And helped us with directions. The location is in the center, so you don’t need a car ( and if you do, the hotel orders one for you ). Really liked the hotel, we’ll be back!

Upon check out I was surprised that I am being charged 500 euros extra for breakfast of the previous guest and 100 euros for two cups of coffee and a daily tip of 65 euros of my stay. This is super weird and shady of a hotel in this price range. Be carcere upon checking out and check what are you being charged for

They put without any explanation. A „discretionary „ 5% service charge additional on the invoice .Very strange and weird behaviour .

Magnificent property. Newly renovated. Emily from Guest Service is AMAZING! She makes everyone feel like they are at home instead of at a hotel. She is smart and has much cultural humility, as well. Franco greeted is upon arrival and anticipated our needs! Kind thoughtful. The concierge pulled off a small miracle and arranged ticket to the Academia for us to see David, completely at the last minute. We had a suite. Was a wonderful stay!

The only drawback is that you’re on the square which at night there may be a band playing music until late.

The king bed were two twin beds put together. For a junior suite, it’s supposed to be a single mattress. However, it’s worth noting that we didn’t raise the issue with them. The reception charged me for €4689 instead of €4263. They made a mistake of charging me for 4 nights based on there daily rates & not my booking rate. I asked if the extra charge was a deposit to use for the restaurant or laundry for example. They said no. I went back & forth, but the receptionist wasn’t willing to admit he made a mistake. His answer was that this is just a pre-authorization only.

We stayed for three nights. From the moment we arrived we felt immediately welcome. Throughout the stay the staff recognised us and called us by name. On one occasion driving back to the hotel in our car the road we normally went down was blocked and Eugene the doorman guided us in by phone for nearly ten minutes, driving in the centre of Florence is a bit tricky.The room was beautifully appointed and the housekeeping was excellent. Biscuits and copious amounts of water left in room. Shower and bathroom best so far in our trip across Italy. Breakfast was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and staff very attentive, never waited for a moment. We would usually have a drink in the evening before setting out for a meal and again great service, drinks served with olives and nuts etc. A proper 5 star hotel slap bang in the middle of Florence.

Very god. Excellent staff

Nothing really. Excellent. We were very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. To a person they were great. The room was very comfortable. 2 bathrooms was a bonus.
