Everything. There was nothing bad about this hotel. Location is perfect, people are helpful, and the room was wonderful. Highly, highly recommended and I hope to come back.

Small rooms but very nice !

I stayed here two times while in Italy and had a fantastic experience both times. The value of this hotel for the price is pretty unbeatable. I stayed in two different single rooms, which were both super cute, comfortable and clean. The hotel is very centrally located, about 5-10 minutes walk to the Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, Santa Maria Novella train station, and the excellent area of Santo Spirito across the river. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler in the immediate area—it was well lit and busy but not too loud at night. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

The showers (in the single rooms at least) are very small even for Europe, which could be an issue if you are a plus-size or very tall person.

Lots of stairs

Location is great, right in centre with easy access to everything. Breakfast was fine, room was spacious and had everything needed but a bit dark. Staff nice.

There is a set of stairs to get to reception, difficult with bags. No real bar. There's a make-shift table with a few bottles on it in the lounge area.

The location

The single room was too small. Breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were really awful.

Amazing location with close proximity to almost all landmarks. Right in the middle of a busy luxury shopping street. Receptionist lady was super friendly and the Deluxe room was amazing and much more spacious than expected.

Other than the fact that the elevator is on the first floor and you have to carry your luggages up the stairs, the elevator is very small and not practical. Cute and matches the vibe of the hotel just not practical.

Beautiful room and wonderful staff. Prime location.

Location is excellent - close to all tourist attractions, less then 10 minute walk from the train station, easy to find, and very close to Ponte Vecchio. The interior of the room is very nice, seems to be remodeled so it had a slightly antique but furnishing and facilities were modern. I am very satisfied with my stay and will book again if I ever get to travel to Florence again.

Nothing I can think of - there are stairs from the ground floor to the first floor but the staff helped carry the luggage so I had no issues.

Great location, clean, spacious, well decorated

The staff were exceptional. Very welcoming and every need was thought of. The location could not have been better.

Unfortunately, the AC had been turned off for the year but out room was extremely warm. Nearly impossible to sleep comfortably and the steam from the shower couldn't ventilate.

We had a satisfying breakfast with exceptional service. The location was the best. Everything was walking distance. The staff was very helpful and gave us wonderful suggestions on restaurants. They were very kind and accommodating.

We could have used better counter space in the bathroom. Other than that everything was good.

Hotel accommodations were all very nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Location was unbeatable. 5 minute walk from everything. Il Duomo, Uffizi, Academia, the Arno. We even walked our luggage there from the Train Station with no issues. There is no elevator to the ground level but they carry your bags to your room and will store them after checkout.

The fridge is a dedicated minibar so there isnt anywhere to store leftovers. Shower head needed some cleaning, several of the holes were not dispensing water.

Excellent Location

Stairs at the Entrance equal to a floor level, but thanks God there was a Bellman to help with my luggage.

Perfect location walking distance to everything. The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable.

The tub shower combination we felt was very dangerous. It was extremely narrow and my husband and I are a normal weight. Plus the tub floor had no grips. The slipperiest ever. It''s definitely an accident waiting to happen.
