Hotel Delle Camelie

Wonderful experience and we were surprised to see the room was so updated! Staff was welcoming and te hotel was very accommodating. We had messaged them about hair dyers in the room and one was in the bathroom when we arrived.

It was lovely, great location, we went everywhere by foot, the staff were so kind and hospitable. In the mornings we left earlier than breakfast time, they preferred a breakfast “to-go” . It was areally comfortable and great stay!

It looked like a family run hotel - something that is rare in the world of grand hotel chains and soulless apartments where you don't meet staff at all.The staff was very kind and quick to solve the situation we faced with AC.Newly renovated hotel, very clean, good location.

A beautiful, understated elegance best describes the property. It's located in a quiet part of the city within walking distance to all of the tourist spots like the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. I love the fact that you can escape all the tourists and return to your sanctuary. The breakfast is a delightful continental meal. It includes beautiful croissants and pastries, eggs, yogurt, cheeses, and salami and prosciutto. Fruits and toasts, and a coffee machine which serves multiple choices of coffee including capochino and espresso.

The facility and room were big, newly renovated, clean and well maintained.

Very quiet. Convenient location to the things I wanted to see and do.

Wish it had an outside area for relaxing.

We never ate there however we saw the breakfast room and as with everything else it was clean, tidy and inviting!

no complaints at all. everyone was very helpful and polite. Great location, easy to get there and to walk into the centre. The reception staff was amazing and happy to offer tips and make our stay extremely comfortable.

The hotel is located very close to the main train station, and is within walking distance from city center. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, and the room was clean and very comfortable.

A little far from center,,.for families with small children a car is important, and. parking in the street not recommended.

The beds are clean and nice but noisy because they are folded in plastic or something, and then the bed sheets. The location is a bet far from the centre but near the station which is perfect

We have stayed for a night at this hotel, we must say this - This is the best hotel we stayed in our entire two week Europe trip. Awesome room, ambience, staff, location, friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel. THANK YOU to Delle Camelie management and staff.

The elevator is pretty small, but it does work well.

The location is great, it’s very easy to reach many of the city’s historical landmarks from here. The staff are awesome, extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We truly appreciate their kindness and support.

The beds were quite firm. Also, something I’ve never encountered in any other hotel, under the bed cover, there was a crinkly plastic sheet like the kind used under baby mattresses to prevent urine from soaking through.

As a woman traveling on my own and arriving in a country where I don’t speak the language, Hotel Delle Camelie was the perfect hotel. I felt very secure and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very clean, and the room very comfortable.

The property was renovated and facilities looked very clean and brand new. It was very cozy and warm. Also the breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations and we were very happy! We are definitely coming back when we are in Firenze again! The man at the service desk is a gentleman

The lift it is a little bit old and you have to be careful on not leaning towards the door or it will no go up. However, once we got use to it, we had no problem.
