The facility was pristine, well maintained and comfortable.

Just a little too far away from downtown.

Wonderful experience. The front staff are exceptional and very nice and friendly to foreigners. Would stay again here in a heartbeat. It's about a 15 minute walk to the main Duomo area, but still close to the river Arno.

Construction around the hotel, but that is not the hotel's fault.

Proximity to Venice Tourist Areas

Really need a more clearly defined map-diagram to find the doorway which one accesses via a very narrow alleyway......

Very clean, stylish, staff proffesional and helpful,breakfast , bed and cushions

No heating in the bathroom

Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even offered me an umbrella. The shower was terrific too.

The room was a bit small, there wasn't much space outside the bed. But that didn't really matter, one doesn't spend much time in the room anyway.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff were accomodating and helpful. Luggage storage was available.

Breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast staff was welcoming. Room was safe and clean. Quiet location away from the city center.

The mattress is surprisingly comfortable.Celling is higher than normal hotel which feels cosy.

The temperature control is confusing. The controller in room is not working as expected. Need reception staff to adjust the setpoint of individual room.I had to come down to reception to know this special instruction and I am not alone. A few more guests experienced the same issue. Maybe can improve this communication next time.

Staying at Hotel Ariele in Florence was truly a highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly, respectful, and genuinely attentive, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was impeccably clean, with crisp white bedding that added to the overall comfort. The location is ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to the city center and many restaurants. We felt safe and secure at all times. The breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection of croissants, ham, juices, vegetables, and more. Having stayed at five other 4-star hotels during our travels in Italy, Hotel Ariele surpassed them all. Special thanks to Irina at the Front Desk and her team for their outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again. A truly superb experience!

Suprisingly,we couldn't find anything that we didn't like.

Breakfast was included and delicious. The location is fantastic with easy walking access to all areas of Florence. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing about this hotel that we didn't like. It was wonderful.

Beautiful, chic and clean hotel, situated about 20 min away from Ponte Vecchio, in a quite area. Amazing comfortable room, with a great bed.

The breakfast could be better

The rooms were nicely updated without losing the traditional architectural charm of the building. Lovely ? croissants in the morning for a quick bite before you walk out for the day. Perfect size wardrobe and bathroom for me.

The pillows were new and fresh but too stiff for me. I also wish the rooms had usb outlets provided. Not a deal breaker.

The staff was exceptional, especially Irina. She did her best to accommodate us when we needed another room upon arrival. It was much appreciated. The location was perfect - far enough away from the crowds to get some peace and close enough to tourist attractions to walk. I also liked being close to the river. The breakfast was delicious - fresh, good variety and well stocked. The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable.

I would advise against staying in room 207. It has an interior window and you can hear the AC unit from 6:30 AM, when it's turned on, to 9:M, when they turn it off. Everything else about the room is consistent with the quality of the hotel.

So clean , convenient and such a friendly & helpful staff!! Included breakfast which was so good!

The shower. It was really difficult to position without getting water all over the floor. Needs a better design.

If you are older it’s a 20 minute walk to the tourist area.
