The friendly staff

The hot water in the bathroom sink would make a squealing noise at random times. It would wake me up in the middle if the night. I had to turn the tap very forcefully to make it stop, but it would always start up again.

Very helpful and friendly staff, gave excellent recommendations for dinner and helped with showing me where the bus stops were.Bed was very comfortable and shower was good

My room was next to reception and quite noisy with people talking outside the room.

A little gem in Florence. Very classy at a good price close to the city.

Anika was exceptional, she was friendly and helpful every time we saw her. She gave directions, assisted booking a taxi and gave a teller recommendations to local restaurants. The room was comfortable and large.

The shower is small. Very small. The stairs to enter are steep. The breakfast was basic, perhaps focus on a smaller selection carried out better. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly.

I stayed at the hotel for a week. And I didn’t realize that hotel had other room types with normal showers. I had a horrid shower, which was essentially fold out cracked doors. After taking a shower, the whole floor was covered with water. I’m not sure how I didn’t slip or injure myself. I can’t imagine an older or unstable person having this experience. There was barely any space to move your arms around on top of everything else. I wish I had realized that they have normal rooms and didn’t suffer for a week. Also, hotel’s location is not that great, pretty far from the center. A positive thing was a big shopping center across the street with a bunch of fresh produce.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The breakfast was not available in the hotel due to renovations, but we received vouchers for a nearby café--which we didn't use because it wasn't convenient. We had to leave an hour early for city appointments because the bus service was unreliable due to roadwork and holidays. However, we received a reduction for these inconveniences.

Breakfast could be better as it didn't taste that great or had variety of options.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room very clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast is very well served.

The parking is not available on site, it needs a key to be accessed. It would be helpful to receive the parking map before arrival and substituting the key with a keyless pad.

The hotel was good value for money , clean , very comfy bed and pillows .The personal gave clear instructions and they were very polite.The breakfast was very good .The elevator is very convenient if you have a big suitcase.Everyone was friendly and accommodating .Thank you , we had a short but very good stay!

There was nothing that we did not like .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my mother staying at the place and she loved the room (very cozy) and continental breakfast.

very cordial staff. it was right next to the bus stop. very cute place. it's far from center but you get the bus right outside so that's good and it also gives you a chance to experience local life. plus, the person coordinating with me helped me get from train station to the hotel on bus even though it was raining.

it was super small, okay for one person. I feel like a second person in the same room would have felt too much

I can't find the words to describe our satisfaction with the accommodation. From the super friendly staff, to the wonderful and clean and tidy accommodation, to the nice breakfast, everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. We even received a bottle of champagne from the staff as a congratulation for our honeymoon. Huge recommendation for Rosary Garden hotel and its staff…

The promptness of the staff, the possibility to park safely, the delicious and varied breakfast.

Uncomfortable extendable armchairs; in the suite the only windows available in the roof; some details deserve more attention for added comfort.

Our stay at Hotel Rosary Garden was simply awesome. We were travelling outside India for the first time with our 1.5 year old kid who was already a bit homesick. But the comfort and feel of the hotel took away all the travel and home sickness. The room was so cozy and clean and simply beautiful. The staff was were friendly and helpful.The location of hotel is also great with bus stop just in the walking distance. Breakfast was also great.There is nothing we disliked here.Would highly recommend the hotel especially for families with kids.

This hotel was so lovely - the decor, the room size and amenities, and the staff was wonderful. We had an early morning Tuscany tour and Gabriella made sure we had a small breakfast to go placed in our mini fridge the night before. Dino made the best cappuccino every morning - and was a wealth of information. I just cannot begin to say how wonderful our stay here was. And we were a quick 10-15 min stay out of the chaos of Florence which was perfect!

The only downside is that due to the small dining area downstairs - you have to reserve YOUR breakfast time (the area only has 4-5 tables so it can't accommodate all 14 hotel rooms at once). This wasn't a problem for us but also good to know ahead of time when making travel plans

Nicely located near the old town of Firenze. Easy accessible via bus or 5 minutes by car. The staff was great. Near a small shopping centre, restaurants and gelato :) Just outside the door. Parking available

The hotel was far from the center of Florence, but in a quiet residential area.The staff were all very kind. The room was nice. The breakfast was also good!

A small hotel conveniently situated within a short bus ride to Firenze city centre. There is a secure car park located nearby, so we did not use our car during our stay. The room was spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A lovely buffet breakfast was served in a cozy tea room. There is no restaurant but there are plenty of places to dine in the area, including a very good restaurant next to the hotel.
