The location. Only 5 min away from the Duomo

Very old but was not surprised given the buildings of the surrounding area are old. Part of the charm

The staff ( owner was very friendly ) and the position is really very good in the center of the city !

The rooms were small and they were not so clean ! The walls are thin and all the noises were heard from one room to another like we were in the same room

It doesn’t have elevator, then we will think about in the future the inconvenience of carrying to the third floor the luggage

Great location - 10-minute walk from train station and 5-20 minutes walk to all relevant sights and restaurants. Small room, bathroom super small, but sufficient for one person. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the motion lights in stairwells which made it safe but eco-friendly.

I can't imagine a couple staying in the size room that I had, but it worked for me since I was traveling alone. I did not opt for the breakfast option as too much bread and not enough proteins.

You got what you paid for and nothing more. No frills bottom of the barrel hotel. It was clean though and there was breakfast. However don’t expect to be able to comfortably hang out in the hotel. The front staff was pretty rude but at least they were organized.

We stayed at Hotel Balcony for two nights and loved our stay. The location was perfect with everything you need nearby. Daniella is a lovely and kind lady who hosted is with such hospitality.

The bathroom is a bit worn down. You are not allowed to eat or drink at the balcony (or the room) which was a bit ironic.

Excellent location! Room was a little small but facilities were fine. Beautiful balcony as well as interior decors and amenities. The owners and staff were friendly.

Breakfast was tasty and a time to just enjoy your coffee and pastries, fruit, salami ham. I’m going to miss those mornings and moments with Justine andDaniela the owners.

Loved it all, I hope to return one day plus the location was magnificent.

It was a little smelly. And small. And hot.

The Air Conditioning and Wifi worked great and the bed was comfortable. The terrace was a nice space to sit and relax.

The room was exceptionally small - difficult to walk around the bed to get to the bathroom.

The room had an awkward layout with only a small narrow window/door that received very little sunlight.

Location of property. It was central to everything.

Property was old. Had to shower with water bottles due to water being brown. Shower floor was disgusting. Bugs in the room.

Location was great. In the middle of the train station and the major attractions. Easy check in check out.

The room was a little bit smaller than expected. But if you are only staying one or 2 nights it works.
