Hotel Victoria

Easy walk to attractions, grocery store 30 feet, breakfast at hotel (¿6)bed good, and staff nice.

It can be a Little noisy at night. By 11 pm, mostly quiet.

Horrible Front Desk Stuff. Extremely bad experience with this then, ended up canceling on spot. .

The hotel was located very close to train station and all tourist attractions and this was very convenient. The hotel was clean, the room was clean but very small. The breakfast was good.

As I said, the room was very small, and the place was little bit too noisy. But the most important thing they did not have safety deposit box and I think they indicated they had it. This was for first time as I remember that there was no safety box and there was a notice in the room that they do take any responsibility for valuables items left in room, they this was very strange and inconvenient, as I had to carry all valuables, money, passport with me at all times.

Great location. Central train station and Cathedral are 5 min by foot. Mercato Centrale is practically behind the corner.

It is very close to the Firenze SMN which is very convenient and close to the Mercanto Market. The room was very clean and personally had a nice view.

My room happened to be far from the elevator/stairs which made it like a labyrinth. The desk staff were mixed for helpfulness/personality.

Near the Train Station, busy street but near main attractions at Fierenze (Florence), great places to dinner and enjoy the fabulous Italian Cuisine.

The staff was very friendly and the location was great. The size of the room was very decent. My favorite thing were the double windows which make it completely quiet in the room even when the street outside is noisy.

The bathroom wasn't very comfortable. The decorative pillows were quite stinky as if they were not washed in a very long time. The actual sheets and pillowcases were fine.

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

Leaky toilet. Also, I saw on booking.com a picture of a nice park which gave me the impression it's in the hotel or nearby. Not!

Excellent location, overall clean facilities, friendly staff, and a good breakfast for the price.The location is very close to many tourist attractions, yet still far enough from the dust and noise of the crowds.There are also nice restaurants and reasonably priced markets nearby.

The hotel was very close to the train station and the center. Τhe room was small, but it was clean and had all the amendities. The breakfast was included in the price, so that was a plus. The staff was very kind and helpful!

The only thing that was a problem for me personally (because I have long and thick hair) was that the pressure in the shower was very low. If it is something that it can be fixed (because I know that sometimes it cannot) just keep it in mind.

Excellent location to the train station and the all the main attractions.

Noise from the street was a little too much. And water did not drain well in the shower suggesting plumbing needs to be done.

Location is great few 6 min walk from train station & walking distance from main attractions , 2 blocks away from Mercato Centrale where you can find amazing food

Beds are not very comfortable

The location was great! An 8 minute walk from the train station and the staff were so friendly!

The elevator broke down while we were here, however the staff quickly got it up and running again! The room was small, but we didn’t spend much time in the room.

I liked the staff and location. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was the best part being able to be less than 30 min away from the best parts in Florence. I also liked that the room had a lot of space. Good value for money

Clean and modern room. Great central location near landmarks and a very short walk from the train station.

The room is dirty. They have housekeepers that come in every day to clean but the room is still not cleaned. The breakfast is okay. I don’t think it’s worth it to stay here for how much it is.

Breakfast was very good and nice.

Shower not hot water, impossible to get shower done, but in same room WC hand wash tap was hot water.Sun was shining in the room, but aircond not available until 1.5.Otherwise nice.
