Location, amazing daily cleaning, good size. Good breakfast fast

No smart TV. That's so uncomfortable, especially if you're not Italian, you're forced to watch Italian tv. No table lamps. I had to work on the desk and it was so dark. Torta della nonna was amazing but there is only one cake a day so it's finished by 8:30 am.

The breakfast had many choices. I loved the selection of fresh fruit, breads, cereals, cheese,meat ,veggie and cappuccinos! Incredible value!!

Th bathroom was large and clean. There was a towel warmer even. Great towels and toiletries provided as well. Water pressure and shower was good. Do some reason, the shower door leaked water onto the floor. Not a big deal as there were many towels to absorb it.

Location was perfect!

No elevator, so had to carry our luggage up three floors, but it was no big deal

The hotel does not have parking spaces and the only possibility to travel by car is to leave the car in another location with considerable costs, I understand that it is a location in a historic city with old streets but still there should not be parking marked as facilities

Breakfast, 10 minutes walk to train station. restaurants closeby, All attractions at walking distance. Provided water.

A bit smell in wash room. Needed to be ventilated.

Situated just a quick 5-minute walk from Florence Station, it provides incredibly easy access for arrivals, departures, and exploring the city's main attractions on foot or via public transport. Our check-in process was smooth, and we found the rooms to be quite good – comfortable and well-maintained. Considering its prime location, the price offers good value compared to many nearby hotels.

However, there are a couple of points to be aware of. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, and the dining space is quite small. While we personally didn't have issues finding a place to sit, it's something to consider during peak times. A significant detail for potential guests is that the hotel does not have an elevator. This means stairs are the only option, which is an important consideration for anyone with mobility concerns or heavy luggage.

Location was Great. We did day trip to Cinque Terre. Second time ee stayed there.

Only downside is o elevator

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect being close to train station. Concierge carried our luggage up stairs for us! Above and beyond service. Also loaned us electrical EU adapter.

Lights were a little dim in the bathroom.

I booked a room in a hotel that adverstises themselves as having room service...the pictures shows room service...but actually no service in the room at all.

Great location near the train station. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

No elevator. Broken bidet. Our room got flooded twice because the bidet was leaking!

The location is perfect, the hotel is just 2 minutes from the train station. The room are not big, but everything is in and it is enough place. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is not very rich, but with eggs, ham, cheese, pastries and any coffee you want.

It is not an elevator in the hotel. If you have heavy luggage, it could be challenging.

The hotel's location is close to everywhere. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Staff was friendly. Cleaning every day. No elevator, get ready for stairs (: It was a good stay for 3 days.

Just a 2-minute walk from Firenze Santa Lucia station. Adjacent to Santa Maria church. We stayed for one night in a double and a triple room. The stay was comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

I really liked the women at the reception desk. They helped me with my luggage and with directions to places in Firenze. The hotel room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The location couldn't be better. And the breakfast was very good. Lots of pastries and good coffee.I was happy.

Close to main train station and in centre of town

Room was next to breakfast room on the first floor and was overlooking the main road which was very noisy.The shower screens in the bathroom did not fit and the room flooded every time.
