Great location and value

My AC did not work well¿which is a common problem in the hot Italian summer. Also a bit of a musty smell in the room. Otherwise, clean and sizable room.

The atmosphere, the staff, the location, the small size of the hotel.

Thin walls- could hear in hallway and other rooms sometimes. The really high tariff on the room you had to pay at check out for each night stayed.

The location is ideal — most attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and welcoming throughout the stay.If you enjoy local desserts, this is definitely the place to visit. Don’t miss the tiramisu, freshly prepared every morning by the manager’s mother in the traditional Italian way — absolutely delicious and authentic.

The location is extremely convenient, a few steps away from the train station (short flat walk with decent sidewalks, not an issue with a large suitcase) and less than 10 minutes away from the Duomo (city center). As an added bonus, it also had an elevator - which many of the other options in the area didn't. The owner is very nice and everyone was very accommodating - an overall very pleasant experience.

Great location, great price and easy to get to from the train station. Simple check in. Basic breakfast but that’s all I needed.

There was a strange smell in the room that I think was from the bathroom. The shower was very low pressure and the head wouldn’t stay in position. Noisy fridge in the room that I had to unplug.

Oh my gosh, what can I say bad about this property!? Mrs. Chiara, madre (Mrs. Marinella), padre (Mr. Giovanni) were an absolute pleasure to stay with. The breakfast was fantastic with many homemade pastries and treats. Madre makes the omelets herself and you can tell she makes them with love. I did not want to leave but we had to continue our journey through northern Italy. Mrs. Chiara- I loved staying at your property and will recommend you to ALL my close friends. I appreciate your family like hospitality, and we miss you already so much! I can’t wait to plan my next trip and your hotel is at the top of my list. Cozy place with home atmosphere in very good apartments right near the station

The room was huge and it had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. It was freezing weather in Florence and the room was well-heated. We had an electric kettle in the room and access to a microwave in the dining area. The room was regularly and deeply serviced. Everyone on the staff was warm, patient, and loving. The breakfasts were fresh and filling, the tiramisu is to die for! We liked the Joli hotel and Florence so much that we extended our stay!

The location is great, it’s close to the station, and you can easily access major attractions such as the Florence Cathedral, popular markets and many shops, all within walking distance.The staff are welcoming and warm. I especially recommend their breakfast, it’s simple but includes all the basic options for a good meal, such as cheese, ham, cake, cereal, cornflakes, and drinks like coffee, milk and tea.I was also very satisfied with how clean the room was. It’s well equipped with all the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

Simple yet excellent, very good value for money. Great location, within a short walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Everything was very clean and well maintained.The breakfast was delicious, with great options of cakes and pastries, all fresh and clearly prepared with care. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were in good condition. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

No complaints at all, the hotel delivers what it promises. The only thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is located on the third floor of an older building with a very small, old-school lift. It works well, but if you’re traveling with lots of luggage or in a larger group, you might need to make a couple of extra trips up and down

The location is very good, very close to the train station and all the main sights are easily reachable by foot. The breakfast was very nice and all the staff was very friendly.

Extremely comfortable and clean. The location is great and central. Breakfast is nice with freshly made omelettes on request and a lovely choice of different cakes.
